પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં કયા વ્યંજનો ગણવામાં નથી આવ્યા? In Prakrit, which consonants are not considered ? પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં શું અને આ બે વ્યંજનો ગણવામાં આવ્યા નથી. કારણકે આ બંનેનો શું થાય છે. In Prakrit, this two consonants II and q are not considered because both of them are pronounced as ' . પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં કયા વ્યંજનો સ્વતંત્ર આવતા નથી ? Which consonants do not appear independently in Prakrit ? પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં ફુ અને ન્ આ બે વ્યંજનો પ્રાયઃ સ્વતંત્ર આવતા નથી. આ ઉપરાંત પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં વિજાતીય સંયુક્ત વ્યંજનો આવતા નથી. ઉદાહરણ સો (શઃ ), રાઋi (અઋન). વિજાતીય ઉદાહરણ મુત્તી (Fવિત:). In Prakrit and are the two consonants which do not come independently. Besides, even different combined consonants are not used in Prakrit. eg. સો (શ:) (Sankho), સાચ્છvi (ઢાચ્છનE) (Laanchhanam). Different group e.g. મુત્તી (મુવતઃ) (Mutti) પ્રાકૃતભાષામાં , હું વગેરે વ્યંજનોના ઉચ્ચાર સ્થાનો કેટલાં? અને કયાં કયાં? How many places of pronunciation are there for consonants in Prakrit ? Which are they? પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં વ, હૂ વગેરે વ્યંજનોના ઉચ્ચારસ્થાનો છ છે. There are six places of pronunciation for consonants et, etc. in Prakrit. (૧) કંઠ (૨) તાલુ (૩) મૂર્ધા (૪) દંત (૫) ઓષ્ઠ અને (૬) નાસિકા 1) Throat 2) Palate 3) Palate tongue 4) Teeth 5) Lips 6) Nose. (૧) કંઠમાંથી જે વર્ષો બોલાય છે, તે વર્ણોને કંઠ્ય કહેવાય છે. 1) Those letters which are pronounced from the throat are called 'kanthya'. (૨) તાલુમાંથી જે વર્ષો બોલાય છે, તે વર્ણોને તાલવ્ય કહેવાય છે. 2) Those letters which are pronounced with the help of Palate are called 'Taalavya'. (૩) મૂર્ધામાંથી જે વર્ષો બોલાય છે, તે વર્ણોને મૂર્ધન્ય કહેવાય છે. 3) Those letters which are pronounced by the contact of palate and tongue are called 'Murdhanya'. (૪) દંતમાંથી જે વર્ષો બોલાય છે, તે વર્ણોને દંત્ય કહેવાય છે. 4) Letters which are spoken with the help of teeth are called 'Dantya'. (૫) ઓષ્ઠમાંથી જે વર્ષો બોલાય છે, તે વર્ણોને ઓષ્ઠદ્ય કહેવાય છે. 5) letters which are spoken by lips are called 'Ostthya'. (૬) નાસિકામાંથી જે વર્ષો બોલાય છે, તે વર્ણોને અનુનાસિક કહેવાય છે. 6) letters that are spoken from the nose are called 'Anunaasik'.
