forms of Jivas in cosmos is highlighted. It this naya inculcates in us 'Jayana' (2) an attitude of reverance towards all jivas. (sigi સૂત્ર) 1 st staning એગે આયા, એગે દંડે etc are based on this naya. It teaches us 'paraiparograha jivanam' vasudeva kutumbakama.'
Vyavahara naya : ભેદગ્રાહી દૃષ્ટિ This naya seggregates different forms of ahiinsa depending upon its urage ahimsa at individual level to ahiinsa at masslevel. Unemployment, poverty, disease, finance, family problems are some of the issues which create struggle and conflicts in life of an individual. Though they are individual's problem they have their effect on society. While analysing the causes of himsa, we find that unbalanced economy, unstable government, unhealthy social environment, overpopulation and religious tension are primary which distords the harmony of the society and Nation.
Rjosutra naya considers specific point or period of time, generally present modes of ahiinsa. Rjosutra naya considers neither past nor futor modes only present modes of ahiinsa. In Bikshu nyaya-karnika it is defined as वर्तमानपर्याग्राही ऋजुसूत्र :
According to sidhsena diwakar the nature of this naya is more refined in the context of paryayarthika naya, but like Buddhism, it does not completely reject dravyastika-naya, otherwise this stand-point would become Rjusutra-nayabasa.
Sabhda Naya This naya rejects indulgence of such activities due to which others are compelled to commit to hiinsa L.
