This Indenture made the tenth day of June one thousand nine hundred and seven BETWEEN MANEKCHAND HIRACHAND and NAVALCHAND HIRACHAND both of Bombay Digamber Jain Hindu Inhabitants of the one part and MANEKHAND HIRACHAND NAVALCIANI) HIRACHAND, HIRACHIAND NEMCHAND, CAOONILAL JAVERCHAND, LALOOBHAI PREMANAND, RAJA GNANCHAND, son of Raja Babadur Musavir Jung Raja (Deen Dayal) and TARACHAND NAVALCHAND all of Bombay Digamber Jain Hindu Inbabitants hereinafter unless otherwise designated called the said trustees which trust shall unlegg repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include the survivors or survivor of them and the heirs executors and administa bors of such survivor their successor or successors and the trustees for the time being of these presents) of the other part Whereas one Panachand Hirachand, Premchand Motichand, the said Manekchand Hirachand and the said Navalcband Hirachand were carrying on business in partnersbip as jewellers and abroffs in Bombay had with the intention of perpetuating the memory and comemorating the name of Sheth Hirachand Gumanit deceased, set apart a certain sum of money from the profits of their business for the purpose of building a Dharamgala to be called Hirabagli and for diverse other charitable purposes hereinafter mentioned for the use and benefit of the Jains in the first instance and generally for the benefit of other high caste Hindus visiting Bombay for a temporary purpose or staying in Bombay for a short period that is to say for the purposes of travel, business, trade, profession service
