contrary they the said Panacnund Hirachand, Manek chand Hirachand, Navalchand Hirachand and Premchand Motichand, now have in themselves good right full power and absolute authority to grant and assure the hereditament and premises hereby granted released and assured or intended so to be unto and to the use of ihe said trustees, their successors and assigns and their hoirs, executors, administrators and assigns in manner aforesaid. And that it shall be lawful for the said trustees their successors and assigns and their heirs, executors administrators and assigns from time to time and at all times hereafter peacably, quietly to enter upon, possess, and enjoy the said hereditaments avd premises and to receive and take the rents and profits thereof and of every part thereof without any lawful eviction, interruption, claim or demand whatsoever of, from, or by them the said Panschand Hirachand, Manekchand Hirachand, Navalchand Hir achand, and Premchand Motichand or any person or persons lawfully or equitably claiming or to claim by, from, under or in trust for them or any of them, and that free from all incuinbrances, and further that they the said Panachand Hirachand, Manekchand Hirachand, Navalohaod Hirachand and Premchand
