always that preference shall be given to the Digamber Jains who have passed their Matriculation examinations with Sanskrit as their second Language and provided further if there is any surplus accomodation in the Jain Boarding House Digambari Jain Students who have passed tne fourth English standard and are studying for the higher stand-rds or for the Matriculation examination may also be allowed to live therein free of rent Provided always that in the event and for the time there are no students living in the said Boarding House, the same may be tem. porarily used for such Jain religious purposes as the trust zes for time being may dee in meet. Provided further that Digambari Jain (Traveller3 ) may be allowed to lodge in the Dharmshala free of l'eut. Provided further that any person of Jain religion desiring to build a Digambari Jain Dera (temple) on the premi:e3 hereby granted or intended so to be at his own coit expenses may be allowed to do so subject to such terms and conditions as to site and style of building as may be laid down by the trustees. But no such person shall have any right whatever over the said temple after it is built and completed but the same shall vest in the tru tees and only the ceremonies relating to the Jain Digamber religion shall be allowed to be performei in the temple. that
