Research Foundation for Jainology has created a new independent Department of Jainology in the university of Madras and further given aid in the maintenance, improvement and development of the said Department of Jainology.
DEPARTMENT OF JAINOLOGY, UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS The Department of Jainology, University has its courses as mentioned bellow:

e. Researches for Ph.D. in Jainology
f Certificate Courses in Jainology in English & Tamil through Correspondence.
So far, more than 50 scholars (M.A., M.Phill, & Ph.D.) have come out successfully from this Department. The Foundation has been instrumental in inviting eminent scholars to deliver lectures on Jainism to assist the students and scholars of Jainology in their research works. PUBLICATIONS
