The present volume consists of nine Agamas -1. Pappavana, 2. Jambuddivapannattl, 3. Candapappatti, 4. Sürapanpatti, 5. Nirayavaliyão, 6. Kappavadithsiyão. 7. Puppliyão, 8. Pupphacüliyão, and 9. Vaphidasão.
The upangas are twelve in number. Three upangas have already been included in the Uvangasuttaņi", Part 4, Volume 1. The original text of the remaining nine upangas, with variant readings, has been incorporated in the present volume. The word-index of Angasuttani has already been published as a separate book (Agama-sabda-kosa). To provide convenience to readers as well as the research scholars a joint word-index of the above-mentioned nine agamas is appended in this volume.

With the publication of this volume, the publication work of all the 32 canons is now over. This Agama-sutra series at present contains seven volumes

Pappavana, Jambuddivapanṇatt!, Candapanpatt!, Sarapannattl, Nirayavaliyão, Kappavadithsiyão, Pupphiyão, Pupphacûliyão, Vaphidasão.
6. Navasuttāni, Part V:
Ävassayam, Dasaveäliyam, Uttarajjhayaṇāņi,
Dasão, Kappo, Vavaharo, Nisthajjhayanam.
7. Agama Sabda Kosa (Angasuttäni Sabdasūcī).
Under this series of original texts, the work of editing the other canons too is in progress. They are likely to contain prakirṇaka, niryukti and bhasya.
