as Dhanya, Sunakshtra and Rişidasa, are found. In the first Varga, only twoAdhyayanas, named as Wärispepa and Abhaya, are seen.
The contents

PANHAWAGARANAIN
The title
The present Agama is the tenth Anga of the Dwadasängī. Its title has been mentioned as 'Panhäwägaraṇain' in the Samawayanga Sutra and the Nandi. Its name is found as 'Paphāwāgaradasão" in the Sthänänga and the same reads as 'Paṇhāwāgaraṇadasasu' in the Samawayanga. It is, therefore inferred that the title mentioned in the Sthananga is also in concurrence with the Samawayanga. The Jayadhawala and the Tattwärthavarttika note it as Panhawayaraṇa or Praśna-Vyakaraṇā."
The Contents
Opinions differ regarding the contents of the present Agama. The Sthānanga cites its ten Adhyayanas, such as, Upamā, Samkhyā. Rişibhāṣita, Acaryabhăşită, Mahavira-bhāṣitä, Kṣaumaka-Praśna, Komala-Praśna, AdarśaPraśna, Angustha-Praśna and Bahu-Prašna. The headings of the Adhyayanas indicate well the contents they have.
According to the Samawayanga and the Nandi, the present Agama has various types of queries, sciences (vidyas) and the dialogues of the Devas dealt with.
The Nandi notes fortyfive Adhyayanas of it, which do not accord with the Sthananga. The Samawäyänga makes no mention of its Adhyayanas.
