216] [बृहत्कल्पसूत्र स्वच्छंदाचारी के साथ ये व्यवहार करने पर गुरुचौमासी और पार्श्वस्थादि के साथ करने पर लघुचौमासी या लघुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है। साध्वियों के साथ अकारण आपवादिक व्यवहार करने पर लघुचौमासी और गीतार्थ की आज्ञा के विना करने पर गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त अाता है / _ अन्य साम्भौगिक समनोज्ञ भिक्षुओं के साथ भक्त-पान का व्यवहार करने से लघुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है। भाष्यकार ने यह भी कहा है कि लोक-व्यवहार या आपवादिक स्थिति में गीतार्थ की निश्रा से भी जो आवश्यक व्यवहार (अंजलिप्रग्रह आदि) पावस्थादि के साथ नहीं करता है, वह भी प्रायश्चित्त का भागी होता है एवं ऐसा करने से जिनशासन की अभक्ति और अपयश होता है / पूर्व सूत्रात्रिक में अध्ययन करने के लिये अल्पकालीन उपसंपदा हेतु अन्य गच्छ में जाने का कथन है और इन सूत्रों में सदा के लिये एक मांडलिक आहार आदि सम्भोग स्वीकार करके अन्य गच्छ में रहने के लिये जाने का वर्णन है। आज्ञा प्राप्त करना और अन्य योग्य भिक्ष को पदवी देना यह पूर्व सूत्रों के समान ही इनमें भी आवश्यक है। इन सूत्रों में प्राज्ञाप्राप्ति के बाद भी एक विकल्प अधिक रखा गया हैयथा--"जत्थुत्तरियं धम्म-विणयं लभेज्जा एवं से कम्पइ / सूत्र-पठित इस वाक्य से यह सूचित किया गया है कि जब कोई साधु यह देखे कि इस संघ में रहते हुए, एक मण्डली में खान-पान एवं अन्य कृतिकर्म करते हुए भाव-विशुद्धि के स्थान पर संक्लेशवृद्धि हो रही है और इस कारण से मेरे ज्ञान दर्शन चारित्र आदि की समुचित साधना नहीं हो रही है, तब वह अपने को संक्लेश से बचाने के लिए तथा ज्ञान-चारित्रादि की वृद्धि के लिए अन्यगण में, जहां पर कि अधिक धर्मलाभ की सम्भावना हो, जाने की इच्छा करे तो वह जिसकी निश्रा में रह रहा है, उसको अनुज्ञा लेकर जा सकता है। किन्तु जिस गच्छ में जाने से वर्तमान अवस्था से संयम की हानि हो, वैसे गच्छ में जाने की जिनाज्ञा नहीं है एवं जाने पर-निशीथ उ. 16 में कथित प्रायश्चित्त आता है। अतः संयमधर्म की उन्नति हो वैसे गच्छ में जाने का ही संकल्प करना चाहिए / आचार्य आदि को वाचना देने के लिये अन्यगण में जाने का विधि-निषेध 26. भिक्खू य इच्छज्जा अन्नं पायरिय-उवज्झायं उद्दिसावेत्तए, नो से कप्पड अणापुच्छित्ता आयरियं वा जाव गणावच्छेइयं वा अन्नं पायरिय-उवज्झायं उद्दिसावेत्तए। कप्पइ से आपुच्छित्ता प्रायरियं वाजाव गणावच्छेइयं वा अन्नंआयरिय-उवज्झायं उद्दिसावेत्तए। ते य से वियरेज्जा एवं से कप्पइ अन्नं आयरिय-उवज्झायं उद्दिसावेत्तए। ते य से नो वियरेज्जा एवं से नो कप्पइ अन्न आयरिय-उवज्शायं उद्दिसावेत्तए / नो से कप्पइ तेसि कारणं अदीवेत्ता अन्नं आयरिय-उवज्झायं उहिसावेत्तए। कप्पइ से तेसि कारणं दीवेत्ता अन्न आयरिय-उवज्झायं उदिसावेत्तए।
