[1] गेरइयाउअस्स जहण्णेणं दस वाससहस्साई अंतोमुत्तम्भइयाई, उक्कोसेणं पलिओवमस्स असंखेज्जइभागं पुव्वकोडितिभागभइयं बंधंति / [1730-1] वे नरकायुष्यकर्म का (बन्ध) जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त अधिक दस हजार वर्ष का और उत्कृष्ट पूर्वकोटि के त्रिभाग अधिक पल्योपम के असंख्यातवें भाग का बन्ध करते हैं / [2] एवं तिरिक्खजोणियाउअस्स वि / णवरं जहण्णणं अंतोमुहूत्तं / [1730-2] इसी प्रकार तिर्यञ्चायु का भी उत्कृष्ट बन्ध पूर्वकोटि का त्रिभाग अधिक पल्योपम के असंख्यातवें भाग का, किन्तु जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त का करते हैं। [3] एवं मणुस्साउअस्स वि / [1730-3] इसी प्रकार मनुष्यायु के (बन्ध के) विषय में समझना चाहिए / [4] देवाउप्रस्स जहा रइयाउअस्स / [1730-4] देवायु का बन्ध नरकायु के समान समझना चाहिए। 1731. [1] असण्णी णं भंते ! जीवा पंचेंदिया णिरयगतिणामए कम्मस्स कि बंधति ? गोयमा ! जहण्णेणं सागरोवमसहस्सस्स दो सत्तभागे पलिअोवमस्स असंखेज्जहभागेणं ऊणाए, उक्कोसेणं ते चेव पडिपुण्णे / [1731-1 प्र.] भगवन् ! असंज्ञीपंचेन्द्रिय जीव नरकगतिनामकर्म का कितने काल का बन्ध करते हैं ?
