[63 उ.] गौतम ! मनुष्य क्षेत्र के अन्दर, पैंतालीस लाख योजन विस्तृत द्वीप-समुद्रों में, पन्द्रह कर्मभूमियों में, तीस अकर्मभूमियों में एवं छप्पन अन्तीपों में गर्भज मनुष्यों के--(१) उच्चारों (विष्ठानों-मलों) में, (2) पेशाबों (मूत्रों) में, (3) कफों में, (4) सिंधाण-नाक के मैलों (लीट) में, (5) वमनों में, (6) पित्तों में, (7) मवादों में, (8) रक्तों में, (9) शुक्रों-वीर्यों में, (10) पहले सूखे हुए शुक्र के पुद्गलों को गीला करने में, (11) मरे हुए जीवों के कलेवरों (लाशों) में, (12) स्त्री-पुरुष के संयोगों में या (13) ग्राम की गटरों या मोरियों में अथवा (14) नगर की गटरों-मोरियों में, अथवा सभी अशुचि (अपवित्र-गंदे) स्थानों में इन सभी स्थानों में सम्मूच्छिम मनुष्य (माता-पिता के संयोग के बिना स्वतः) उत्पन्न होते हैं / इन सम्मूच्छिम मनुष्यों की अवगाहना अंगल के असंख्यातवें भाग मात्र की होती है। ये असंज्ञी मिथ्यादृष्टि एवं सभी पर्याप्तियों से अपर्याप्त होते हैं / ये अन्तमुहूर्त की आयु भोग कर मर जाते हैं / यह सम्मूच्छिम मनुष्यों की प्ररूपणा हुई। 64. से कि तं गम्भवक्कंतियमणुस्सा ? गब्भवक्कंतियमणुस्सा तिविहा पण्णत्ता। तं जहा-कम्मभूमगा 1 अकम्मभूमगा 2 अंतरदीवगा। [14 प्र.] गर्भज मनुष्य किस प्रकार के होते हैं ? Within the human realm, in the forty-five lakh yojana wide islands and oceans, in the fifteen karmabhūmis, in the thirty akarmabhūmis, and in the fifty-six antaradīpas, Sammūcchima humans are born in the (1) excretions (faeces) of Garbhaja humans, (2) urine, (3) phlegm, (4) nasal mucus, (5) vomit, (6) bile, (7) pus, (8) blood, (9) semen, (10) moistening of previously dried semen, (11) corpses of dead beings, (12) sexual intercourse of men and women, or (13) in the sewers or drains of villages, or (14) in the sewers or drains of cities, or in all unclean (impure, dirty) places.
