[ आवश्यकसूत्र
भी आगम श्रुत' कहलाता है। श्रुत-सम्बन्धी अतिचार का आशय है - श्रुत की विपरीत श्रद्धा एवं प्ररूपणा।
_ 'सत्तण्हं पिंडेसणाणं' – दोष रहित शुद्ध प्रासुक आहार-पानी ग्रहण करना एषणा है । पिण्डैषणा के सात प्रकार हैं -
१. असंसृष्टा – देय भोजन से बिना सने हुये हाथ तथा पात्र से आहार लेना। २. संसृष्टा – देय भोजन से सने हुये हाथ तथा पात्र से आहार लेना। ३. उद्धृता – बर्तन से थाली आदि में गृहस्थ ने अपने लिये जो भोजन निकाल रखा हो, वह लेना।
४. अल्पलेपा – जिसमें चिकनाहट न हो, अतएव लेप न लग सके, इस प्रकार के भुने हुये चने आदि ग्रहण करना।
५. अवगृहीता – भोजनकाल के समय भोजनकर्ता ने भोजनार्थ थाली आदि में जो भोजन परोस रखा हो, किन्तु अभी भोजन शुरू न किया हो, वह आहार लेना।
६. प्रगृहीता – थाली में भोजनकर्ता द्वारा हाथ आदि से प्रथम बार तो प्रगृहीत हो चुका हो, पर दूसरी बार ग्रास न लेने के कारण झूठा न हुआ हो, वह आहार लेना।
____७. उज्झितधर्मा – जो आहार अधिक होने अथवा अन्य किसी कारण से फेंकने योग्य समझकर डाला जा रहा हो, वह ग्रहण करना।
___ 'अट्ठण्हं पवयणमाऊणं' – पाँच समिति और तीन गुप्ति मिलकर आठ प्रवचन-माताएँ हैं । सम्पूर्ण श्रमणाचार की आधारभूमि पाँच समिति और तीन गुप्ति ही हैं । समीचीन यतनापूर्वक प्रवृत्ति समिति और योगों का सम्यक् निग्रह गुप्ति कहलाता है।
पाँच समिति – १. ईर्यासमिति, २. भाषासमिति, ३. एषणासमिति, ४. आयाणभंडमत्तनिक्खेवणासमिति, ५. उच्चार-पासवणखेल्ल-जल्ल-संघाण-परिट्ठावणियासमिति ।
तीन गुप्ति – १. मनोगुप्ति, २. वचनगुप्ति एवं ३. कायगुप्ति ।
'जं खंडियं जं विराहियं' - जो खंडित हुआ हो और विराधित हुआ हो। किसी व्रत का अल्पांशेन उल्लंघन खण्डन कहलाता है और सर्वांशेन अतिक्रमण को विराधना कहते हैं। कहीं-कहीं सर्वांश नहीं किन्तु अधिकांश के उल्लंघन को विराधना कहा गया है।
_ 'मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं' – मेरा दुष्कृत मिथ्या-निष्फल हो। 'मिच्छा मि' इस पद का 'मि' 'च्छा' 'मि' ऐसा पदच्छेद करके इस प्रकार अर्थ करते हैं – यथा 'मि'-कायिक और मानसिक अभिमान को छोड़कर, 'च्छा'-असंयमरूप दोष को ढंक कर, 'मि'-चारित्र की मर्यादा में रहा हुआ मैं।
