प्रिय, प्यारा। मणुण्णं - मनोज्ञ, मनोहर । मणाम – अत्यन्त मनोहर। धिजं – धारण करने योग्य धैर्यशाली। विसासियं – विश्वास करने योग्य । संमयं – सन्मान को प्राप्त । अणुमयं – विशेष सम्मान के प्राप्त । बहुमयं – बहुत सन्मान को प्राप्त । भण्डकरण्डगसमाणं - आभूषणों के करण्डक (डिब्बे) के समान । रयणकरण्डगभूयं – रत्नों के करण्डक के समान । मा णं सीयं – शीत (सर्दी) न हो। मा ण उण्हं- उष्णता (गर्मी) न हो।मा णं खुहा - भूख न लगे। मा णं पिवासा – प्यास न लगे।मा णं वालासर्प न काटे । मा णं चोरा – चोरों का भय न हो। मा णं दंसमसगा – डांस और मच्छर न सतावें । माण वाहियं - व्याधियां न हों। पित्तियं – पित्त। कफियं - कफ । संभीयं – भयंकर। सन्निवाइयं - सन्निपात । विविहा – अनेक प्रकार के । रोगायंका - रोग और आतंक। परिसहा - क्षुधा आदि का कष्ट उवस्सग्गा – उपसर्ग (देव, तिर्यंच आदि द्वारा दिया गया कष्ट ।) फासा फुसन्तु - संबंध करें । चरमेहिं - अन्त के । उस्सासनिस्सासेहिं – उच्छ्वासनिःश्वासों (श्वासोच्छवासों) से। वोसिरामि – त्याग करता हूँ। त्ति कटु – ऐसा करके । कालं अणवकंखमाणे – काल की आकांक्षा (वांछा) नहीं करता हुआ। विहरामिविहार करता हूँ, विचरण करता हूँ । इहलोगासंसप्पओगे - इस लोक के चक्रवर्ती आदि के सुखों की इच्छ करना। परलोगासंसप्पओगे - परलोक सम्बन्धी इन्द्र के सुखों की इच्छा करना। जीवियासंसप्पओगे - जीवित रहने की इच्छा करना । मरणासंसप्पओगे - महिमा, पूजा न देखकर अथवा विशेष दुःख होने से मरने की इच्छा करना। कामभोगासंसप्पओगे - कामभोगों की इच्छा करना।मा - मत । मज्झ – मेरे। हुज - हो। मरणंते वि - मृत्यु हो जाने पर भी। सड्ढापरूवणम्मि – श्रद्धा प्ररूपणा में । अन्नहाभावो – विपरीत भाव। पांचों पदों की वन्दना
__ पहले पद श्री अरिहन्त भगवान् जघन्य बीस तीर्थंकरजी, उत्कृष्ट एक सौ साठ तथा एक सौ सत्तर देवाधिदेवजी, उनमें वर्तमान काल में बीस विहरमान जी महाविदेह क्षेत्र में विचरते हैं । एक हजार आठ लक्षण के धरणहार, चौंतीस अतिशय, पैंतीस वाणी गुणों करके विराजमान, चौसठ इन्द्रों के वन्दनीय, अठारह दोष रहित, बारह गुण सहित, अनन्त ज्ञान, अनन्त चारित्र, अनन्त बलवीर्य, अनन्त सुख, दिव्यध्वनि, भामण्डल, स्फटिक सिंहासन, अशोक वृक्ष, कुसुमवृष्टि, देवदुन्दुभि, छत्र धरावे, चंवर विंजावे, पुरुषाकार पराक्रम के धरणहार, अढ़ाई द्वीप पन्द्रह क्षेत्र में विचरे, जघन्य दो करोड़ केवली और उत्कृष्ट नव करोड़ केवली, केवलज्ञान, केवलदर्शन के धरणहार, सर्व द्रव्य, क्षेत्र, काल, भाव के जाननहार -
ऐसे श्री अरिहंत भगवन्त महाराज आपकी दिवस एवं रात्रि सम्बन्धी अविनय आशातना की हो तो हे अरिहंत भगवन् ! मेरा अपराध बारम्बार क्षमा करिये। हाथ जोड़, मान मोड़, शीश नमा कर तिक्खुत्तो के पाठ से एक हजार आठ बार नमस्कार करता हूँ।
