[निशीथसूत्र
३. सूर्यास्त के बाद मस्तक ढकना अथवा दिन में भी कम्बल ओढ़कर बाहर जाना।
४. लिखने के लिए फाउन्टन पेन, पेन्सिल और बिछाने के लिए चटाई, पुढे आदि नहीं लेना।
५. चातुर्मास में रूई, धागा, बेंडेज पट्टी आदि नहीं लेना। ६. नवकारसी (सूर्योदय बाद ४८ मिनट) के पहले आहार-पानी नहीं लेना या नहीं खाना ।
७. प्रौपग्रहिक प्रापवादिक उपकरण में भी लोहा आदि धातु नहीं होना या धातु के औपग्रहिक उपकरण नहीं रखना।
८. आज आहार-पानी ग्रहण किये गये घर से कल आहार या पानी नहीं लेना । अथवा सुबह गोचरी किये गये घर से दोपहर को या शाम को गोचरी नहीं करना ।
९. विराधना न हो तो भी स्थिर अलमारी, टेबल आदि पर रखे गये सचित्त अचित्त पदार्थों का परम्परा संघट्टा मानना।
१०. एक व्यक्ति से एक बार कोई विराधना हो जाय तो अन्य व्यक्ति से या पूरे दिन उस घर में गोचरी नहीं लेना ।
११. एक साधु-साध्वी को चार पात्र और ७२ या ९६ हाथ वस्त्र से अधिक नहीं रखना ।
१२. चौमासी संवत्सरी को दो प्रतिक्रमण करना या पंच प्रतिक्रमण करना, २० या ४० लोगस्स का कायोत्सर्ग करना ।
१३. मुहपत्ति डोरे से नहीं बाँधना या २४ ही घन्टे मुहपत्ति बाँधकर रखना।
१४. स्वयं पत्र नहीं लिखना, गृहस्थ से लिखवाने पर भी प्रायश्चित्त लेना अथवा पोस्टकार्ड आदि नहीं रखना।
१५. अनेक साध्वियां या अनेक स्त्रियाँ हों तो भी पुरुष की उपस्थिति बिना साधु को नहीं बैठना । ऐसे ही साध्वी के लिए समझ लेना।
१६. रजोहरण या प्रमार्जनिका आदि को सम्पूर्ण खोलकर ही प्रतिलेखन करना। १७. घर में अकेली स्त्री हो तो गोचरी नहीं लेना। १८. गृहस्थ ताला खोलकर या चूलिया वाले दरवाजे खोलकर आहार दे तो नहीं लेना। १९. ग्रामान्तर से दर्शनार्थ आये श्रावकों से आहारादि नहीं लेना । २०. डोरी पर कपड़े नहीं सुखाना । २१. प्रवचनसभा में साधु के समक्ष साध्वी का पाट पर नहीं बैठना ।
२२. दाता के द्वारा घुटने के ऊपर से कोई पदार्थ गिर जाए तो उस घर को 'असूझता' कहना या अन्य किसी भी विराधना से किसी के घर को 'असूझता' करना ।
२३. चद्दर बाँधे बिना उपाश्रय से बाहर नहीं जाना अथवा चद्दर चोलपट्टा गाँठ देकर नहीं बाँधना।
