The Sun traverses 2 yojanas and 48/61 parts in a day.
The Sun traverses 183 mandalas in 183 days. It traverses one mandala in a day. The total area traversed by the Sun in all the mandalas is 510 yojanas. The traversal of one mandala in a day is 2 yojanas and 48/61 parts. - Sutra 18
|| The sixth prabhrut of the first prabhrut - prabhrut ends ||
Sutra 20
The diameter-extent of each mandala
When the Sun is in the innermost mandala, it traverses 48/61 parts of 1 lakh yojanas from the outer edge, with an extent of 99640 yojanas, a diameter of 315089 yojanas, and a displacement of 315089 yojanas. Then there is a superior day of 18 muhurtas and an inferior night of 12 muhurtas.
When the Sun traverses to the mandala next to the innermost mandala, it traverses 48/61 parts of one yojana from the outer edge, with an extent of 99645 yojanas and 35/61 parts, a diameter of 315107 yojanas, and a slightly less displacement. Then the measure of day and night is the same as in the innermost mandala. The measure of extent-diameter in the innermost mandala
[ 211
One Sun traverses by moving 180 yojanas. Compared to the two Suns of Jambudvipa, the traversal of 360 yojanas is reduced from the 1 lakh yojanas of the Jambudvipa region, leaving 99640 yojanas. This is the extent-diameter of the innermost mandala.
Sutra 20
The displacement of the innermost mandala
The displacement of the innermost mandala is (315089) yojanas. It is as follows:
(Diameter of the innermost mandala) 2x10 Considering the displacement from this formula, it will be as follows:
) (99640) 2x10
)9928129600×10 ) 99281296000
99281296000
