॥ प्रथम प्राभृत का प्रथम प्राभृत-प्राभृत समाप्त ॥ तृतीय प्राभृत-प्राभृत में 'सयमेगं चोयालं' गाथा अपूर्ण होने से अर्थ नहीं कर सकते हैं। शेष व्यवच्छेद है । इस प्रकार श्री अमोलक ऋषि जी ने सूर्यप्रज्ञप्ति की भाषा में लिखा हैतथा टीकाकार मलयगिरिकृत टीका से भी यथार्थ गणित १४४ आता नहीं है। जिनके ध्यान में गणित की प्रक्रिया हो, यदि वे बताने की कृपा करेंगे तो श्रुतसेवा मानी जायेगी।
॥ प्रथम प्राभृत का तृतीय प्राभृत-प्राभृत समाप्त ॥ सूत्र १५ दो सूर्यों के (भरत और एरवत के ) संचरण समय में परस्पर अंतर
__संचरण करते समय दोनों सूर्यों के बीच प्रत्येक मंडल में ५ योजन ३५/६१ भाग अंतर होता है। जब दोनों सूर्य सर्वाभ्यन्तरमंडल में वर्तमान हों तब दोनों सूर्यों के बीच ९९६४० योजन अंतर होता है।
जम्बू द्वीप क्षेत्र एक लाख योजन के विष्कम्भ वाला है। प्रत्येक सूर्य १८० योजन अवगाहन करके संचार करता है।

१८४ सूर्यमंडल के १८३ अंतर होते हैं और एक मंडल का दूसरे मंडल तक २ योजन ४८/६१ भाग का अंतर होता है। अत: जब सूर्य एक मंडल से दूसरे मंडल में जाता है तब दोनों ओर के मंडल के अंतर २ योजन ४८/६१ और २ योजन ४८/६७ का जोड़ करने पर ५ योजन ३५/६१ भाग होता है। सर्वबाह्यमंडल में वर्तमान दोनों सूर्यों का परस्पर अंतर
दोनों सूर्यों की अपेक्षा प्रतिमंडल ५ योजन ३५/६१ भाग अनन्तर पूर्व में बताया है। सर्वआभ्यन्तर मंडल से सर्वबाह्यमंडल १८३ वां होता है । १८३ को ५ योजन ३५/६१ से गुणा करने पर ३४३४° इस प्रकार १०२० योजन अन्तर आता है । इस १०२० योजन अंतर को ९९६/४० में मिलाने पर १००६६० योजन होता है। जो सर्वबाह्यमंडल में वर्तमान दो सूर्यों का परस्पर अंतर है। - सूत्र १५
