ग. कोसं बाहल्लेणं पण्णत्ते। प. क. ताणक्खत्तविमाणे णं केवइयं आयाम-विक्खंभेणं ?
ख. केवइयं परिक्खेवेणं।
ग. केवइयं बाहल्लेणं? उ. क. ता कोसं आयाम-विक्खंभेण।
ख. तं तिगुणं सविसेसं परिक्खेवेणं।

प. ता चंदविमाणे णं कइ देवसाहस्सीओ परिवहति ? उ. सोलस देवसाहस्सीओ परिवहन्ति, तंजहा -
१. प. क. चंदविमाणे णं भंते ! केवइयं आयाम-विक्खंभेणं ? केवइयं बाहेल्लेणं? उ. छप्पण्णं खलु भाए-विछिण्णं चंदमडलं होई।
अट्ठावीसं भाए बाहल्लं तस्स बोद्धव्यं ॥१॥ अडयालीसं भाए, विच्छिण्णं सूरमंडलं होइ।। चवीसं खलु भाए, बाहल्लं तस्स बोद्धव्वं ॥ २॥ दो कोसे अ गहाणं, णक्खत्ताणं तुहवइ तस्सद्धं । तस्सद्धं ताराणं, तस्सद्धं चेव बाहल्ले ॥३॥
- जंबु. वक्ख.७, सु. १६५ 'एकस्य प्रमाणागुंलयोजनस्यैकपष्टिभागीकृतस्य षट्पंचाशता भागैः समुदितैर्यवत्प्रमाणं भवति, तावत्प्रमाणोऽस्य विस्तारः' 'वृत्तवस्तुनः सदृशायाम-विष्कम्भात्' परिक्षेपस्तु स्वयमभ्यूह्यः वृत्तस्य सविशेषस्त्रिगुणः परिधिरिति प्रसिद्धः। ।
यह स्पष्टीकरण जंबुद्वीपप्रज्ञप्ति के वृत्तिकार ने ऊपर लिखित सूत्र का दिया है। ख. यद्यपि जीवा. प. ३, उ. २, सू. १९७ प्रश्नोत्तरात्मक सूत्र हैं किन्तु उसमें 'भंते 'गोयमा' का प्रयोग अधिक है।

This explanation is given by the commentator of the Jambudvipa Prajnapti for the above mentioned Sutra. Kh. Although the Jiva. P. 3, U. 2, Su. 197 are question-answer Sutras, but they use the word 'Bhanta' and 'Go-yama' more.
