'स्वप्न बहुत अच्छा है। तेजस्वी पुत्र की माता बनोगी।'
प्रात: राजसभा में राजा ने स्वप्नपाठकों से भी स्वप्न का फल पूछा। स्वप्नपाठकों ने कहा- 'राजन् ! स्वप्नशास्त्र में ४२ सामान्य और ३० महास्वप्न हैं, इस प्रकार कुल ७२ स्वप्न कहे हैं । '
तीर्थंकरमाता और चक्रवर्तीमाता ३० महास्वप्नों में से इन १४ स्वप्नों को देखती हैं:

कालान्तर में पुत्र का जन्म हुआ, जिसका नाम महाबलकुमार रखा गया। कलाचार्य के पास ७२ कलाओं का अभ्यास करके महाबल कुशल हो गया।
आठ राजकन्याओं के साथ महाबलकुमार का विवाह किया गया। महाबलकुमार भौतिक सुखों में लीन हो गया।
एक बार तीर्थंकर विमलनाथ के प्रशिष्य धर्मघोष मुनि हस्तिनापुर पधारे। उपदेश सुनकर महाबल को वैराग्य हो गया। धर्मघोष मुनि के पास दीक्षा लेकर वह श्रमणं बन गया, भिक्षु बन गया।
महाबल मुनि ने १४ पूर्व का अध्ययन किया । अनेक प्रकार का तप किया, १२ वर्ष की श्रमणपर्याय पालकर, काल के समय काल करके ब्रह्मलोक कल्प में देव बना ।
( १० ) मेघकुमार
मगध सम्राट श्रेणिक और धारिणी देवी का पुत्र था, जिसने भगवान् महावीर के पास दीक्षा ग्रहण
की थी ।
एक बार भगवान् महावीर राजगृह के गुणशीलक उद्यान में पधारे। मेघकुमार ने भी उपदेश सुना । माता-पिता से अनुमति लेकर भगवान् के पास दीक्षा ग्रहण की।
जिस दिन दीक्षा ग्रहण की, उसी रात को मुनियों के यातायात से, पैरों की रज और ठोकर लगने से मेघ मुनि व्याकुल गया, अशान्त बन गया।
भगवान् ने पूर्वभवों का स्मरण कराते हुए संयम में धृति रखने का उपदेश दिया, जिससे मेघ मुनि संयम में स्थिर हो गया ।
एक मास की संलेखना की । सर्वार्थसिद्ध विमान में देवरूप से उत्पन्न हुआ । महाविदेहवास से
सिद्ध होगा ।

Mahabalkumar was married to eight princesses. Mahabalkumar became engrossed in material pleasures.
Once, Dharmaghoṣa Muni, a disciple of Tirthankara Vimalaṇāth, came to Hastinapur. Mahabal became detached after listening to the teachings. He became a Shraman, a monk, after taking initiation from Dharmaghoṣa Muni.
Mahabal Muni studied the 14 previous births. He performed various types of austerities, after observing the Shraman paryay for 12 years, he became a god in the Brahma Lok Kalpa in due course of time.
(10) Meghakumar
He was the son of Magadha Emperor Shrenik and Dharini Devi, who had taken initiation from Bhagwan Mahavira.
Once, Bhagwan Mahavira came to the Gunashila garden of Rajgriha. Meghakumar also listened to the teachings. He took initiation from Bhagwan after taking permission from his parents.
On the day he took initiation, that very night, Megha Muni became anxious and restless due to the movement of the monks, the dust from their feet and the bumping of their feet.
Bhagwan gave him teachings on patience in restraint, reminding him of his past lives, due to which Megha Muni became stable in restraint.
He performed a one-month Sanlekhana. He was born in the form of a god in the Sarvarthasiddha aeroplane. He will become a Siddha from Mahavidehavas.
