जलाये जाने पर आयं समाजियों ने अपना रोष प्रगट करने केलिए देशव्यापी आन्दोलन चलाया था । अब तो इन लोगों ने स्वामी दयानन्द के जन्मस्थान पर उन के स्मारक का निर्माण कर उसे तीर्थ की संज्ञा दी हैं । इसी मत के संन्यासी स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द की खड़ी मूर्ति को दिल्ली के चांदनी चौक में खड़ी करके उनके प्रति श्रद्धा का प्रदर्शन भी किया है । देशनेता आर्य की मूर्ति (बुत) के गले में फूल मालाएं पहनाने में अपने लिए गौरव का अनुभव करते हैं । यह सब जड़ मूर्तिपूजा ही तो है ।

6- राधास्वामीमत - अपने मतप्रवर्तक राधास्वामी का स्मारक आगरा के दयाल बाग में बनाकर उस में अपने मतप्रवर्तक राधास्वामी की समाधि का निर्माण "किया है तथा उस में दर्शनार्थियों के लिए बहुत बड़ा चित्र भी रखा है । इस मत के अनुयायी इस समाधि स्थल को बहुत पवित्र मानते हैं और बड़ी श्रद्धा से नत मस्तक होते हैं।
शिक्षण शास्त्रियों तथा वैज्ञानिकों केलिये भी अपने कार्य की सिद्धि के लिये चित्रों, नक्शे ( Maps) आदि का आलम्बन अनिवार्य है । इस के बिना विषय को समझना - समझाना नहीं हो सकता ।
8- वैष्णव सनातनी - अपने अवतारों की प्रतिमाओं का निर्माण कर उन की मन्दिरों में स्थानाएं करके उनका पूजन करते हैं ।
9- इसी प्रकार जितने भी मत-मतांतर तथा शिक्षणादि संस्थाएँ और कार्यप्रणालियां हैं | सबको जड़ पदार्थों का सहयोग लेना ही पड़ता है |
