This is an incident of the period of the 22nd Tirthankar Bhagavan Arishtanemi. The description here of this Parivrajak tradition extant during the period of Bhagavan Mahavir is almost the same. ७९. तेसि णं परिव्वायगाणं णो कप्पइ अगडं व तलायं वा नई वा वाविं वा पुक्खरिणिं वा दीहियं वा गुंजालियं वा सरं वा सागरं वा ओगाहित्तए, णण्णत्थ अद्धाणगमणेणं।
णो कप्पइ सगडं वा जाव संदमाणियं वा दुरूहित्ता णं गच्छित्तए।
तेसि णं परिब्वायगाणं णो कप्पइ आसं वा हत्थिं वा उर्ल्ड वा गोणं वा महिसं व खरं ॐ वा दुरूहित्ता णं गमित्तए, णण्णत्थ बलाभिओगेणं।
तेसि णं परिव्वायगाणं णो कप्पइ नडपेच्छा इ वा जाव मागहपेच्छा इ वा पेच्छित्तए।
तेसिं परिवायगाणं णो कप्पइ हरियाणं लेसणया वा, घट्टणया वा, थंभणया वा लूसणया वा, उप्पाडणया वा करित्तए।
तेसिं परिवायगाणं णो कप्पइ इथिकहा इ वा, भत्तकहा इ वा, देसकहा इ वा, रायकहा इवा, चोरकहा इवा, जणवयकहा इवा, अणत्थदंडे करित्तए।
तेसि णं परिव्वायगाणं णो कप्पइ अयपायाणि वा, तउअपायाणि वा, तंबपायाणि वा, जसदपायाणि वा, सीसगपायाणि वा, रुप्पपायाणि वा, सुवण्णपायाणि वा, अण्णयराणि वा बहुमुल्लाणि धरित्तए। ___णण्णत्थ अलाउपाएण वा दारुपाएण वा मट्टियापाएण वा।
तेसि णं परिब्वायगाणं णो कप्पइ अयबंधणाणि वा जाव बहुमुल्लाणि धारित्तए।
