हिन्दीभाषाटीकासहितम् ।
यद्यस्य तपो-नियम-ब्रह्मचर्य - वासस्य तच्चैव यावत्साधु । एवं खलु श्रमणाः ! आयुष्मन्तः ! निर्ग्रन्थो निदानं कृत्वा तत्स्थानमनालोच्य (तस्मात्) अप्रतिकान्तः कालमासे कालं कृत्वान्यतरस्मिन् देव-लोकेषु देवतयोपपत्ता भवति । महार्द्धिकेषु यावच्चिरस्थितिकेषु स च तत्र देवो भवति महर्द्धिको यावच्चिर-स्थितिकः । ततो देव-लोकादायुः क्षयेण भव-क्षयेण स्थिति-क्षयेणा-नन्तरं चयं त्यक्त्वा य इम उग्र-पुत्रा महा- मातृका भोग-पुत्रा महा-मातृकास्तेषां न्वन्यतरस्मिन्कुले पुत्रतया प्रत्यायाति ।

तव - तप
पदार्थान्वयः:- जइ - यदि नियम-नियम बंभचेर-वासस्स-ब्रह्मचर्य्य-वास का तं चेव - पूर्वोक्त ही फल है जाव - यावत् साहु-ठीक है । समणाउसो - हे चिरजीवी श्रमणो ! एवं खलु - इस प्रकार निश्चय से निग्गंथे-निर्ग्रन्थ णिदाणं - निदान कर्म किच्चा - करके तस्स उस ठाणस्स - स्थान का अणालोइय- बिना आलोचन किये हुए और उस स्थान से अप्पडिक्कंते-बिना पीछे हटे कालमासे - मृत्यु के समान कालं किच्चा - काल करके देवत्ताए - देवत्व से उववत्तारो - उत्पन्न भवति -होता है । महड्डिए - महाऋद्धि वाला जाव - यावत् चिरद्वितिए - और चिर- स्थिति वाला देवे-देव भवति - होता है ततो-इसके अनन्तर देवलोगाओ-उस देवलोक से आउ-क्खएणं- आयु-क्षय के कारण अनंतरं - बिना अनन्तर के चयं देव- शरीर को चइत्ता छोड़ कर जे- जो इमे - ये उग्ग-पुत्ता- उग्रकुल के पुत्र हैं महामाया - महा-मातृक हैं भोग-पुत्ता-भोगपुत्र महा-माउया–महा–मातृक तेसिं णं- उनके अन्नतरंसि - किसी एक कुलंसि - कुल में पुत्तत्ता - पुत्रत्व से पच्चायाति - उत्पन्न हो जाता है ।
