विस्तार वाले सिंहासणंसि - सिंहासन पर जाव - यावत् सव्व-राईएणं - सारी रात्रि के जोइणा-ज्झियायमाणेणं - प्रकाश में अर्थात् दीपक की रोशनी में इत्थि- गुम्म-परिवुडे - स्त्रियों के समूह से घिरे हुए रहते हैं महता रवेणं-बड़े शब्द से हय-ताडित नट्ट-नाच गीय - गाना वाइय-वादित्र तंती - तंत्री तल हाथों की तलियां ताली-काशी आदि ताल तुडिय - त्रुटित नाम का वाद्य विशेष घन घन (मेघ समान ध्वनिवाला वाद्य विशेष ) मुइंग-मृदंग मद्दल-मर्दल पटु-कला-कुशल व्यक्तियों से प्पवाइ- रवेण - उत्पादित ध्वनि से उरालाई - श्रेष्ठ माणुसगाई - मनुष्य सम्बन्धी काम भोगाई - काम-भोगों को भुंजमाणे- भोगते हुए विहरति- विचरण करते हैं ।

मूलार्थ - इसके अनन्तर उसके आगे बड़े-बड़े घोड़े हैं । दोनों ओर बड़े और प्रधान हाथी हैं । पीछे बड़े-बड़े और सर्वोत्तम रथ और रथों का समूह है । उसके ऊपर छत्र ऊंचा किया हुआ है । हाथ में झारी ली हुई हैं । तालवृन्त के पंखों से वायु की जा रही है । श्वेत चमर डुलाए जा रहे हैं । इस प्रकार जब वह घर में प्रवेश करता है या घर से बाहर निकलता है तो अत्यन्त देदीप्यमान दिखाई देता है । विधि पूर्वक स्नान, बलि कर्म और भोजन कर सब प्रकार के भूषणों से विभूषित रहता है । फिर अत्यन्त विस्तृत कूटाकार शाला सारी रात्रि जाज्वल्यमान दीपकों से प्रकाशित हो रही है । उसमें वह स्त्रियों के समूह से परिवृत होता हुआ बड़े शब्द से ताडित नाट्य, गीत, वादित्र, तन्त्री, ताल, त्रुटित, घन, मृदंग और मर्दल आदि वाद्य विशेषों की कला कुशल व्यक्तियों से उत्पादित ध्वनि में मनुष्य सम्बन्धी उत्तमोत्तम काम भोगों को भोगता हुआ विचरता है ।

टीका - इस सूत्र में उन उग्रकुल और भोगकुल के पुत्रों की ऋद्धि का वर्णन किया गया है । जैसे- जब वे उग्रकुलादि के पुत्र अपने घर से बाहर निकलते हैं या घर में प्रवेश करते हैं तब उनके साथ घोड़े, हाथी और रथों का समुदाय होता है और छत्रादि माङगलिक पदार्थ भी साथ होते हैं । जिस कूटाकारशाला में निवास करते हैं वह सारी रात्रि दीपकों के प्रकाश से उज्ज्वल रहती है । वे अनेक कामिनियों से परिवृत रहते हैं
