सर्वर्तुक-सुरभि-कुसुम-सुन्दर-रचित-प्रलम्ब-शोभन-कान्त-विकसच्चित्रमाला, वर-चन्दन-चर्चिता, बहुभिः कुब्जाभिः किरातिकाभिर्यावद् महत्तरकवृन्दैः परिक्षिप्ता, यत्रैव बाह्योपस्थानशाला यत्रैव श्रेणिको राजा तत्रैवोपागच्छति, उपागत्य ततो नु स श्रेणिको राजा चेल्लणादेव्या सार्द्ध धार्मिकं यानप्रवरं दुरुहति, दुरुहय सकोरिंट-मल्ल-दाम्ना छोण धार्यमाणेन,
औपपातिकसूत्रानुसारं ज्ञातव्यम्, यावत्पर्युपासति । एवं चेल्लणादेवी यावन्म-हत्तरक-परिक्षिप्ता यत्रैव श्रमणो भगवान् महावीरस्तत्रैवोपागच्छति, उपागत्य श्रमणं भगवन्तं वन्दते, नमस्यति, श्रेणिकं राजानं पुरतः कृत्वा स्थित्या चैव यावत्पर्युपासति ।
पदार्थान्वयः-जेणेव-जहां मज्जण-घरे-स्नानागार है तेणेव-वहीं पर उवागच्छइ-महाराज्ञी चेल्लणादेवी आई और उवागच्छइत्ता-आकर ण्हाया-स्नान किया कय-बलि-कम्मा–बलि-कर्म-किया, कय-कोउय-मंगल-पायच्छित्ता-कौतुक, मंगल और प्रायश्चित किया किं ते-और क्या कहा जाय वर-अत्यन्त सुन्दर पाय-पैरों में पत्त-नेउरा-नूपुर पहन लिये मणि-मेखला-मणियों से जटित मेखला (कटि का आभूषण) और हार-हारों से रइत-रचित उवचिय-उपचित होकर कडग-कटक (कड़े) खड्डुग-अंगुलियों के आभूषण एगावलि-एकावली हार कंठसुत्त-कण्ठसूत्र मरगव-आभूषण विशेष तिसरय-तीन लड़ी का हार कर-वलय-सुन्दर कंकण हेमसुत्तय-स्वर्ण का कटिसूत्र
और कुंडल-उज्जोवियाणणा-कुण्डलों से उज्ज्वल मुख वाली रयण-विभूसियंगी-रत्नों से सम्पूर्ण अङ्गों को विभूषित कर चीणंसुय-वत्थ-चीन देश के बने हुए रेशमी वस्त्र परिहिया-पहन कर दुगुल्ल-गौड़-बंगाल के सूत से बने हुए वस्त्र से सुकुमाल-कोमल, कंत-सुन्दर और रमणिज्ज-मनोहर उत्तरिज्जा-चादर ओढ़ कर सव्वोउय-सब ऋतुओं के सुरभि-सुगन्धित कुसुम-पुष्पों की सुंदर-सुन्दर रचित बनी हुई और पलंब-लटकते हुए झुमकों से सोहण-शोभायमान कंत-कान्ति वाली विकसंत-अच्छी प्रकार से खिली हुई चित्त-रंग-बिरंगी माला-माला पहन कर, वर-उत्तम चंदण-चच्चिया-चन्दन से अगों को लिप्त कर वराऽऽभरण-विभूसियंगी-अच्छे-अच्छे भूषणों से अंगों को अलंकृत कर कालागुरु-गुग्गुल आदि सुगन्धित पदार्थों की धूव-धूप से धूविया धूपित होकर सिरि-समाण-वेसा-लक्ष्मी देवी के समान वेष वाली बहूहिं-बहुत सी खुज्जाहिं-कुब्ज देश
