द्वितीया दशा
हिन्दीभाषाटीकासहितम् ।
“समवायाङ्ग सूत्र में इस सूत्र के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पाठ हे..
“एवं आउट्टिआ चित्तमंताए पुडवीए आउट्टिआ चित्तमंताए सिलाए कोलावाससि वा दारुए ठाणं वा सिज्ज वा निसीहिअं वा चेतमाणे सबले” || १६ ।। (एवमाकुट्या चित्तवत्यां पृथिव्यां आकुट्या चित्तवत्यां शिलायां लेष्टौ वा कोलावासे दारुणि इत्यादि) 'कोला:-घुणाः, तेषामावासः इति वृत्तिः” । किन्तु पाठ भेद होने पर भी दोनों का भाव एक की है।
अब सूत्रकार जीव-रक्षा के विषय में कहते हैं:
एवं आउट्टियाए चित्तमंताए सिलाए चित्तमंताए लेलुए कोलावासंसि वा दारु-जीव-पयट्ठिए सअंडे सपाणे सबीए सहरिए सओसे सउदगे सउत्तिंगे पणगदग मट्टीए मक्कडा-संताणए तहप्पगारं ठाणं वा सिज्ज वा निसीहियं वा चेएमाणे सबले।।१७।।
एवमाकुट्या चित्तवत्यां शिलायां चित्तवति लेष्टौ कोलावासे वा, दारुणि जीव-प्रतिष्ठिते, साण्डे, सप्राणे, सबीजे, सहरिते सोषे सोदके सोत्तिङ्गे, पनकदक-मृत्तिकायां, मर्कट-सन्ताने, तथाप्रकारं स्थानं वा शयनं वा नैषेधिकं वा चेतयन् (कुर्वन्) शबलः ।। १७ ।।
पदार्थान्वयः-एवं-इसी प्रकार आउट्टियाए-जाकर चित्त-मंताए-चेतना वाली सिलाए-शिला के ऊपर चित्त-मंताए-चेतना वाले लेलुए-प्रस्तर खण्ड पर वा-अथवा कोलावासंसि-घुणा वाले काष्ठ पर तथा दारु-जीव-पयट्टिए-जीव-प्रतिष्ठित काष्ठ पर साण्डे-अण्ड-युक्त स्थान पर सप्राणे-द्वीन्द्रियादि जीव-युक्त सबीए-बीज युक्त सहरिए-हरित संयुक्त सओसे-ओस-युक्त सउदगे-जल-युक्त सउत्तिङ्ग-पिपीलिका नगर पणग-पांच वर्ण के पुष्प दग-सचित्त जल से युक्त मट्टीए-मिट्टी मक्कडा-मर्कट जीव विशेष संताणए-जालक (जाला) इन स्थानों पर तहप्पगारं-तथा ऐसे अन्य स्थानों पर, जहां जीव विराधना की सम्भावना हो ठाणं-कायोत्सर्ग करना वा-अथवा सिज्ज-शयन करना वा-अथवा निसीहियं-बैठना वा-समुच्चय अर्थ में है चेएमाणे-उक्त क्रियाएं करते हुए सबले-शबल दोष होता है ।

“In the Samvayanga Sutra, the following text is found at the place of this Sutra:
“Evam auttiā citta-mantāe puḍavīae auttiā citta-mantāe silāe kolāvāsa-si vā dāru-e ṭhāṇaṁ vā sijj vā nisīhi-aṁ vā ceta-māṇe sabale” || 16 || (Evam ākuṭyā cittavatyāṁ pṛthivyāṁ ākuṭyā cittavatyāṁ śilāyāṁ leṣṭau vā kolāvāse dāruṇi ityādi) ‘Kolā:-ghuṇāḥ, teṣām āvāsaḥ iti vṛttiḥ”.
