___In the same way men are of four kinds-(1)gupta andgupta (concealed ' and controlled)-properly dressed (physical concealment of sense organs) and having control (mental control properly over sense organs), (2) gupta but agupta (concealed but uncontrolled)-dressed (physical concealment of sense organs) but without control (no mental control over sense organs), (3) agupta but gupta (not concealed but controlled)-not dressed y but having control over sense organs, and (4) agupta and agupta (neither concealed nor controlled-neither dressed nor having cor sense organs.
१८७. चत्तारि कूडागारसालाओ पण्णत्ताओ, तं जहा-गुत्ता णाममेगा गुत्तदुवारा, गुत्ता णाममेगा अगुत्तदुवारा, अगुत्ता णाममेगा गुत्तदुवारा, अगुत्ता णाममेगा अगुत्तदुवारा। ___ एवामेव चत्तारित्थीओ पण्णत्ताओ, तं जहा-गुत्ता णाममेगा गुत्तिंदिया, गुत्ता णाममेगा अगुत्तिंदिया, अगुत्ता णाममेगा गुत्तिंदिया, अगुत्ता णाममेगा अगुत्तिंदिया।
१८७. कूटागारशालाएँ चार प्रकार की होती हैं-(१) गुप्त होकर गुप्तद्वार-कोई कूटागारशाला परकोटे से गुप्त और गुप्त द्वार वाली होती है। (२) कोई शाला परकोटे से गुप्त, किन्तु अगुप्त द्वार वाली 5 होती है। (३) कोई न परकोटे वाली होती है और न उसके द्वार ही गुप्त होते है। (४) कोई न परकोटे से घिरी होती है और न उसके द्वार ही गुप्त होते हैं।
स्त्रियाँ भी चार प्रकार की होती हैं, जैसे-(१) गुप्त होकर गुप्तेन्द्रिय-कोई स्त्री वस्त्र से भी गुप्त और गुप्त इन्द्रिय वाली होती है। (२) कोई स्त्री वस्त्र से गुप्त होकर भी गुप्त इन्द्रिय वाली नहीं होती। (३) कोई स्त्री वस्त्र से अगुप्त होकर भी गुप्त इन्द्रिय वाली होती है। (४) कोई स्त्री न वस्त्र से गुप्त होती है और न है उसकी इन्द्रियाँ ही गुप्त होती हैं। ____187. Kutagar is of four kinds-(1) gupta and gupta dvar (concealed and secret) a house surrounded by parapet wall and with concealed doors, (2) gupta but agupta dvar (concealed and open)-a house surrounded by parapet wall but with unconcealed doors, (3) agupta but gupta dvar (not concealed but secret)-a house not surrounded by parapet wall but with concealed doors, and (4) agupta and agupta dvar (neither concealed nor secret)--a house neither surrounded by parapet wall nor having concealed doors.
