तस्यामेवोसरश्रेण्यामरिन्दमपुरेश्वरात् । अरिक्षयाख्यादजितसेनायामभवत्सुता ॥ ३० ॥ सती प्रीतिमती मेरुगिरेः सकलखेचरान्। ।२त्रिन्त्यिा साऽजयचिन्तागतिं मुक्त्वा स्वविद्यया ॥३१॥ जित्वा चिन्तागतिवेगाचां पश्चादिति चाब्रवीत् । सम्भावय कनीयांसं मम त्वं रत्नमालया ॥३२॥ श्रुततद्वचना साह नाहं जितवतोऽपरैः । मालामिमां क्षिपामीति स तामित्यब्रवीत् पुनः ॥३३॥ गतियुद्धं त्वया पूर्वमनुजाभ्यां कृतं मम । अभिलाषाचतस्त्या त्वं मया तद्वचनश्रुतेः ॥३४॥ निविण्णा सानिवृत्चायिकाभ्यासेऽगारापः परम् । तद्वीक्ष्य बहवस्तत्र निर्विद्य तपसि स्थिताः ॥३५॥ अनुजाभ्यां समं चिन्तागतिश्चालोक्य साहसम् । कन्याया जातसंवेगो गुरुं दमवराभिधम् ॥३६॥ सम्प्राप्य संयमं प्राप्य शुद्धयष्टकमधिष्ठितः । प्रान्ते सामानिकस्तुर्य कल्पेऽजायत सानुजः ॥ ३७ ॥ तत्र भोगान्बहून् भुक्त्वा सप्तान्धिपरमायुषा । वतस्तावनुजौ जम्बूद्वीपपूर्वविदेहगे ॥३८ ॥ विषये पुष्कलाबत्यां विजयाङ्केत्तरे तटे । राजा गगनचन्द्राख्यः पुरे गगनवल्लभे ॥ ३९ ॥ सुतो गगनसुन्दर्या तस्यामितमतिस्ततः । आवाममिततेजाश्च जातौ विद्यावयान्वितौ ॥४०॥ अन्येषुः पुण्डरीकिण्यामावाभ्यां जन्मपूर्वजम् । आवयोः परिपृष्टेन जन्मत्रितयवृत्तकम् ॥ ४१ ॥ सर्व स्वयंप्रभाख्येन तीर्थनाथेन भाषितम् । ततोऽस्मदग्रजः क्कायेत्यावयोरनुयोजने ॥ ४२ ॥ भूमौ सिंहपुरे जातो राजते सोऽपराजित- नाना राज्यं समासाद्य स्वयमित्यर्हतोदितम् ॥ ४३ ॥ तत्समीपे समादाय संयम त्वां विलोकितुम् । त्वयि जन्मान्तरस्नेहादिहागमनमावयोः ॥ ४४ ॥
इस प्रकार तीन पुत्र हुए थे। धर्म, अर्थ और कामके समान इन तीनों पुत्रोंसे वे दोनों माता-पिता सदा प्रसन्न रहते थे सो ठीक ही है क्योंकि उत्तम पुत्रोंसे कौन नहीं सन्तुष्ट होते हैं ? ।।२६-२६ ।। उसी विजया पर्वतकी उत्तर श्रेणीमें अरिन्दमपुर नगरके राजा अरिञ्जय रहते थे उनकी अजितसेना नामकी रानी थी और दोनोंके प्रीतिमती नामकी सती पुत्री हुई थी। उसने अपनी विद्यासे चिन्तागतिको छोड़कर समस्त विद्याधरोंको मेरु पर्वतकी तीन प्रदक्षिणा देनेमें जीत लिया था ॥३०-३१।। तत्पश्चात् चिन्तागति उसे अपने वेगसे जीतकर कहने लगा कि तू रत्नोंकी मालासे मेरे छोटे भाईको स्वीकार कर । चिन्तागतिके वचन सुनकर प्रीतिमतीने कहा कि जिसने मुझे जीता है उसके सिवाय दूसरेके गलेमें मैं यह माला नहीं डालूंगी। इसके उत्तरमें चिन्तागतिने कहा कि चूंकि तूने पहले उन्हें प्राप्त करनेके इच्छासे ही मेरे छोटे भाइयों के साथ गतियुद्ध किया था अतः तू मेरे लिए त्याज्य है । चिन्तागतिके यह वचन सुनते ही वह संसारसे विरक्त हो गई और और उसने विवृत्ता नामकी आर्यिकाके पास जाकर उत्कृष्ट तप धारण कर लिया। यह देख वहाँ बहुतसे लोगोंने विरक्त होकर दीक्षा धारण कर ली ॥३२-३५॥ कन्याका यह साहस देख जिसे वैराग्य उत्पन्न हो गया है ऐसे चिन्तागतिने भी अपने दोनों छोटे भाइयोंके साथ दमवर नामक गुरुके पास जाकर संयम धारण कर लिया और पाठों शुद्धियोंको पाकर तीनों भाई चौथे स्वर्गमें सामाजिक जातिके देव हुए ॥३६३७ ।। वहाँ सात सागरकी उत्कृष्ट आयु पर्यन्त अनेक भोगोंका अनुभव कर च्युत हुए और दोनों छोटे भाइयोंके जीव जम्बूद्वीपके पूर्व विदेह क्षेत्र सम्बन्धी पुष्कला देशमें जो विजयाधे पर्वत है उसकी उत्तर श्रेणीमें गगनवल्लभ नगरके राजा गगनचन्द्र और उनकी रानी गगनसुन्दरीके हम दोनों अमितमति तथा अमिततेज नामके पुत्र उत्पन्न हुए हैं। हम दोनों ही तीनों प्रकारकी विद्याओंसे युक्त थे॥ ३८-४०॥ किसी दूसरे दिन हम दोनों पुण्डरीकिणी नगरी गये । वहाँ श्री स्वयंप्रभ तीर्थकरसे हम दोनोंने अपने पिछले तीन जन्मोंका वृत्तान्त पूछा। तब स्वयंप्रभ भगवान्ने सब वृत्तान्त ज्योंका त्यों कहा। तदनन्तर हम दोनोंने पूछा कि हमारा बड़ा भाई इस समय कहाँ उत्पन्न है ? इसके उत्तरमें भगवान्ने कहा कि वह सिंहपुर नगरमें उत्पन्न हुआ है, अपराजित उसका नाम है, और स्वयं राज्य करता हुआ शोभायमान है ।। ४१-४३ ॥ यह सुनकर हम दोनोंने उन्हीं स्वयं

In the same northern range of the Vijay mountain, in the city of Arindama, there lived a king named Arinjay. His queen was named Ajit Sena, and they had a daughter named Pritimathi. She had conquered all the Vidyadharas by making three circumambulations of Mount Meru, leaving behind the Chinta Gati. ||30-31||
After this, Chinta Gati, having conquered her with his speed, said, "Accept my younger brother with a garland of jewels." Hearing this, Pritimathi said, "I will not place this garland around the neck of anyone other than the one who has conquered me." In response, Chinta Gati said, "Since you fought the Gati battle with my younger brothers with the desire to obtain them, you are therefore to be abandoned by me." Hearing these words of Chinta Gati, she became detached from the world and went to the Aryika named Vivritta and took up excellent austerities. Seeing this, many people there became detached and took initiation. ||32-35||
Seeing this courage of the girl, Chinta Gati, who had developed dispassion, also went to the Guru named Damavara along with his two younger brothers and took up restraint. Having obtained the teachings and purifications, the three brothers became Samajik Jati Devas in the fourth heaven. ||36-37||
Having enjoyed many pleasures there for the lifespan of seven oceans, they were born again. The two younger brothers were born in the Videha region of the eastern part of Jambudvipa, in the Pushkala country, on the northern bank of the Vijay mountain. In the city of Gaganavallabha, there lived a king named Gaganchandra and his queen Gagan Sundari. We, Amitmati and Amittej, were born as their sons. We were both endowed with all three types of knowledge. ||38-40||
On another day, we both went to the city of Pundarikinya. There, we asked the Tirthankara Shri Swayamprabha about our previous three births. Then, the Lord Swayamprabha told us the whole story as it was. After that, we both asked, "Where is our elder brother born now?" In response, the Lord said, "He is born in the city of Singhapura, his name is Aparajit, and he is shining, ruling his own kingdom." ||41-43||
