के ते हरए ? के य ते सन्तितित्थे ?, कहिँसि ण्हाओ व रयं जहासि ?
आइक्ख णे संजय ! जक्खपूइया !, इच्छामो नाउं भवओ सगासे ॥४५॥ (रुद्रदेव)-हे यक्ष पूजित संयमी साधु ! आपका हृद (सरोवर) कौन-सा है, शांति-तीर्थ कौन-से हैं? तुम कहाँ स्नान करके मलिनता दूर करते हो? यह सब हमारी जानने की इच्छा है॥ ४५ ॥ ___ (Rudradeva-) 0 restrained ascetic adored by Yaksha! What is your pond? What is your pilgrimage of peace? Where do you have your lustrating bath? We wish to know all this. (45)
धम्मे हरए बंभे सन्तितित्थे, अणाविले अत्तपसन्नलेसे।
जहिंसि बहाओ विमलो विसुद्धो, सुसीइभूओ पजहामि दोसं॥४६॥ धर्म मेरा ह्रद है, ब्रह्मचर्य शान्ति-तीर्थ है-जहाँ आत्मा की लेश्या प्रशस्त हो जाती है। जिसमें स्नान करके मैं भावमल और कर्मकलंक से रहित होता हूँ। शारीरिक-मानसिक संतापों से रहित, शीतल-शान्त होता हुआ रागादि दोषों को दूर करता हूँ॥ ४६॥
(The ascetic-) Religion is my pond, celibacy my pilgrimage of peace, where the soul complexion improves. Bathing in it I become free of internal dirt and blemishes of karmas. Getting rid of mental and physical torments, as well as becoming calm and peaceful, I mend all faults including attachment. (46)
एयं सिणाणं कुसलेहि दिठें, महासिणाणं इसिणं पसत्थं। जहिंसि बहाया विमला विसुद्धा, महारिसी उत्तमठाण पत्ते॥४७॥
-त्ति बेमि। कुशल तत्त्वज्ञानी पुरुषों ने इसे ही वास्तविक स्नान बताया है। ऋषियों के लिये यही महास्नान प्रशस्त है। इसी धर्म जलाशय में स्नान करके महर्षियों ने कर्ममलरहित और विशुद्ध होकर उत्तम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। ४७॥
-ऐसा मैं कहता हूँ।
The accomplished enlightened ones have declared this to be the true bath. This is the best pious bath for sages. Bathing in this pond of religion sages have gained riddance from the slime of karmas and consequent purity to attain the exalted state (liberation). (47)
