[उ.] हंता, वीइवएज्जा। २. [प्र.] सा भंते ! किं विमोहित्ता पभू? [उ.] तहेव जाव पुट्विं वा वीइवइत्ता पच्छा विमोहेज्जा। एए चत्तारि दंडगा। १४. इसी प्रकार एक-एक के तीन-तीन आलापक कहने चाहिए; यावत्
१. [प्र.] भगवन् ! वैमानिक महर्द्धिक देवी, अल्प-ऋद्धिक वैमानिक देवी के मध्य में होकर जा सकती है?
[उ.] हाँ गौतम! जा सकती है। यावत्
२. [प्र.] क्या वह महर्द्धिक देवी, उसे विमोहित करके जा सकती है या विमोहित किए म बिना भी जा सकती है? तथा पहले विमोहित करके बाद में जाती है, अथवा पहले जाकर में बाद में विमोहित करती है?
[उ.] हे गौतम! पूर्वोक्त रूप से जानना चाहिए, यावत्-पहले जाती है और पीछे भी विमोहित करती है; तक कहना चाहिए। इस प्रकार के चार दण्डक कहने चाहिए।

Q.] Can a Vaimanik goddess with greater power pass through 41 a god with lesser power ?
[Ans.] Yes, Gautam ! She can. ... and so on up to...
2. [Q.] Can that goddess pass through the other goddess by entrancing her or without entrancing her ? And does she first entrance and then pass through or does she first pass through and then entrance?
[Ans.] Gautam ! Know as aforesaid..: and so on up to... she first pass through and then entrances. Thus repeat four related statements.
विवेचन-उक्त कथन का निष्कर्ष यह है कि जैसे पहले अल्प-ऋद्धिक, महर्द्धिक, और समर्द्धिक देवों के विषय में कहा है, वैसे ही देव-देवियों के तथा देवियों-देवियों के विषय में भी समझना चाहिए।
Elaboration—The intent of this aphorism is to convey that what has been stated with regard to gods with lesser, greater and same power should also be repeated for passing through between gods and goddesses as well as goddesses and goddesses.
