लोकपालों के समान है। किन्तु इतना विशेष है कि स्वयंप्रभ नामक विमान में सुधर्मा सभा में सोम ॐ नामक सिंहासन पर बैठ कर यावत् मैथुन-निमित्तक भोग भोगने में समर्थ नहीं है इत्यादि यावत् ॥
वैश्रमण लोकपाल तक का कथन करना चाहिए। विशेष यह है कि इनके विमान आदि का वर्णन ॐ (भगवती सूत्र के) तृतीय शतक के सातवें उद्देशक में कहे अनुसार समझें।
31. [Q.] Bhante ! How many chief consorts does Soma, the realm卐 guardian (lokapaal) of Shakrendra, the king of gods have?
___[Ans.] (Noble ones !) He (Soma) has four chief consorts (1) Rohini, + 41 (2) Madana, (3) Chitra and (4) Somaa. The description of the family of i
goddesses of these Chief consorts follows the pattern of the lokapaals of Chamarendra. The difference is that he is not able to enjoy carnal pleasures sitting on the Soma throne in the Sudharma assembly in the Svayamprabh celestial vehicle etc. ... and so on up to... description of Lokapaal Vaishraman. The difference being that the description of their celestial vehicles and other things should be taken from the seventh lesson of the third chapter of Bhagavati Sutra. ईशानेन्द्र तथा उसके लोकपालों का देवी-परिवार GODDESSES OF ISHAANENDRA AND HIS LOKAPAALS
३२, [प्र.] ईसाणस्स णं भंते ! पुच्छा। _ [उ.] अज्जो! अट्ठ अग्गमहिसीओ पन्नत्ताओ, तं जहा-कण्हा १, कण्हराई २, ॐ रामा ३, रामरक्खिया ४, वसू ५, वसुगुत्ता ६, वसुमित्ता ७, वसुंधरा ८। तत्थ णं एगमेगाए० है सेसं जहा सक्कस्स।
३२. [प्र.] भगवन्! देवेन्द्र देवराज ईशान की कितनी अग्रमहिषियाँ हैं?
[उ.] आर्यो! ईशानेन्द्र की आठ अग्रमहिषियाँ हैं। यथा-१. कृष्णा, २. कृष्णराजि, ३. रामा, ४. रामरक्षिता, ५. वसु, ६. वसुगुप्ता, ७. वसुमित्रा, ८. वसुन्धरा। इनमें से प्रत्येक अग्रमहिषी की देवियों के परिवार आदि का शेष समस्त वर्णन शक्रेन्द्र के समान जानना चाहिए।
32. [Q.] Bhante ! How many chief consorts does Ishaanendra, the king of gods have ?
[Ans.] Noble ones! He (Ishaanendra) has eight chief consorts(1) Krishna, (2) Krishnarashi, (3) Rama, (4) Ramarakshita, (5) Vasu,
(6) Vasugupta, (7) Vasumitra and (8) Vasundhara. Other details about $ their families of goddesses and other things are same as those about
Shakrendra.
