one's wife who is yet not of ripe age (2) to have sex with the betrothed one before marriage (3) to have sexual enjoyment with limbs other than the natural sex organs (4) to get persons other than the members of one's own family engaged matrimonially (5) to have deep sexual interest in sex.
In case I may have committed any one of the above mentioned fault, I feel sorry for the same. I may kindly be absolved of the same.
पंचम अणुव्रत विषयक अतिचार आलोचना पांचवां थूल परिग्रह-परिमाण व्रत के विषय जे कोई अतिचार लागो होय ते आलोउं, 1. खेत्त वत्थु नो परिमाण अतिक्रम्या होय, 2. हिरण्य-सुवर्ण नो परिमाण अतिक्रम्या होय, 3. धन-धान्य नो परिमाण अतिक्रम्या होय, 4. दोपद चोपद-नुं परिमाण अतिक्रम्या होय, 5. कुविय धातु नो परिमाण अतिक्रम्या होय, जो मे देवसि अइयार कओ तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
भावार्थ : स्थूल परिग्रह परिमाण नामक पंचम अणुव्रत के विषय में यदि कोई दोष लगा है तो मैं उसकी आलोचना करता हूं। पंचम अणुव्रत के पांच अतिचार इस प्रकार हैं-(1) क्षेत्र एवं वास्तु (खेत आदि खुले एवं मकान-दुकान आदि ढके हुए स्थान) के विषय में जो मर्यादा की है, उसका उल्लंघन किया हो, (2) चांदी और स्वर्ण के परिमाण का उल्लंघन किया हो, (3) धन-धान्य के परिमाण का उल्लंघन किया हो, (4) द्विपद (सेवक-सेविका) एवं चतुष्पद (गाय-भैंस आदि) के परिमाण का उल्लंघन किया हो, एवं (5) घरेलु सामग्री के परिमाण
का अतिक्रमण किया हो, उक्त अतिक्रमण से उत्पन्न दोषों से मैं पीछे हटता हूं। मेरे ये दोष मिथ्या हों।
Exposition: The fifth minor (or partial) vow is about limit is gross possessions and attachment thereof. I feel sorry in case I may have committed any fault in its practice. There are five likely digressions in its practice. They are as follows:
(1) to cross the limit resolved regarding possession of vacant land, fields and build-up structures (2) to cross the limit resolved in respect of possession of gold and silver (3) to cross the restraint decided about possession of food articles and
money (4) to cross limit resolved regarding possession of bipeds (servents) and quadruped (cows, buffalos and the like) (5) to cross the limit resolved about possession of household articles—I withdraw myself from all such faults. May my faults be condoned.
