अट्ठतकडा रामा एगो पुण बंभलोयकप्पंमि । एक्कस्स गब्भवसही सिज्झिस्सइ आगमिस्सेणं । । ६७ ।।
इन नौ वासुदेवों के नौ प्रतिशत्रु यानि प्रतिवासुदेव कहे गए हैं। यथा - 1. अश्वग्रीव 2. तारक, 3. मेरक, 4. मधु-कैटभ, 5. निशुम्भ, 6. बलि, 7. प्रभराज ( प्रह्लाद ), 8. रावण, 9. जरासन्ध ।। 631 ये कीर्तिपुरुष थे और वासुदेवों के प्रतिशत्रु थे। ये सभी चक्रयोधी थे तथा सभी अपने ही चक्रों युद्ध में मारे गए ||164 ||

ऊपर कहे गए नौ वासुदेवों में से एक मरकर सातवीं पृथ्वी में, पाँच वासुदेव छठी पृथ्वी में, एक पाँचवीं में, एक चौथी में और कृष्ण तीसरी पृथ्वी में गए । 1 65 11
समस्त राम यानि बलदेव अनिदानकृत होते हैं तथा समस्त वासुदेव पूर्वभव में निदान करते हैं। समस्त राम (बलदेव) मरण को प्राप्त हो कर ऊर्ध्वगामी होते हैं जबकि समस्त वासुदेव मरण को प्राप्त हो कर अधोगामी होते हैं । 166 ||
आठ राम (बलदेव) अन्तकृत अर्थात् कर्मों का क्षय करके संसार का अन्त करने वाले कहलाए। * एक अन्तिम बलदेव ब्रह्मलोक में उत्पन्न हुए जो आगामी भव में एक गर्भ-वास लेकर सिद्ध होंगे | 116711
The nine Anti-lords (Prati-Vasudeva) enemies have been narrated of these nine lords (Vasudeva) as follows: 1- Ashavagriva, 2. Tarak, 3. Merak, 4.. Madhu-Kaitav, 5. Nishumbh, 6, Bali, 7. Prabh-raj, (Prahalad), 8. Ravan, 9. Jarasandh.
These men were famous and were the enemies of lords (Vasudeva). All these were the wielder of the discus and were killed with their own discus in the battle.
Having died, one, out of above mentioned nine lords (Vasudeva) reincarnated in seventh hell, five lords in sixth hell, one in fifth land, one in fourth and Krishana Vasudev reincarnated in third hell.
All the co-lords (Ram - Baldeva) have been Anidan Krit (those who have not desired for mundane possessions in next birth) but all the lords (Vasudeva) do Nidan in their previous lives. After death all the co-lords (Ram-Baldeva) soar upward, whereas all these (Vasudeva) lords after their death go downward .
Eight lords (Ram-Baldeva) were said, liberated i.e. the antkrit the destroyer of cycle of birth and death through annihilating their Karmas. The last lord (Baldeva) reincarnated in Brahamloka who will be (Sidha) liberated after taking one birth in his next Bhava as a human being.
