सूर्य का प्रकाश
ज्योतिष चक्र की सर्व ऊँचाई पृथ्वीतल से 900 योजन तक है। सूर्य विमान 800 योजन पर अवस्थित है। सूर्य का प्रकाश ऊपर की ओर ज्योतिष चक्र की सीमा तक जाता है। अर्थात् पृथ्वी तल से 900 योजन ऊपर तक। पृथ्वीतल से लवण समुद्र 1,000 योजन गहरा है। लवण समुद्र के तल तक सूर्य का प्रकाश जाता है। इस प्रकार सूर्य का प्रकाश पृथ्वीतल से ऊपर 900 योजन तथा नीचे 1,000 योजन, कुल 1,900 योजन क्षेत्र को प्रकाशित करता है।

Sun Light The height of stellar cycle from the surface of the earth is upto 900 yojans. The vehicle of Sun is situated at the height of 800 yojans. The light of the Sun reflects high upto the limit of stellar cycle, it means that upto the height of 900 yojan from the surface of earth. The depth of the Lavana Ocean is 1000 yojan from the surface of earth. The light of the sun goes upto deep upto the bottom of the ocean "Lavana". Thus, the light of the sun illuminates a total area of 1900 yojan from the surface of the earth, 900 yojans high and 1000 yojans under the water.
