साधु-साध्वियों को पात्र आदि स्वयं गवेषणा करके प्राप्त करना चाहिए, अन्य से गवेषणा करवाकर के प्राप्त करने में अनेक दोष लगने की सम्भावना रहती हैं अतः दाता की भावना को समझकर अदीनवृत्ति से स्वयं विधिपूर्वक गवेषण करे। अन्य की गवेषणा का पात्र ग्रहण करने पर सूत्रोक्त प्रायश्चित्त आता है। दोषों की और प्रायश्चित्तों की विस्तृत जानकारी के लिए निशीथचूर्णि का अध्ययन करें। Comments-1. 32. जे भिक्खू नितियं अग्गपिंडं भुंजइ भुंजंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
32. जो भिक्षु नित्य - अग्र-पिंड - प्रधानपिंड अर्थात् निमंत्रण देकर नित्य दिया जाने वाला आहार
भोगता है अथवा भोगने वाले का समर्थन करता है । ( उसे लघुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है | )
32. The ascetic who eats the food in the form of Agarpind daily-means the food which
is given to an ascetic daily through invitation, or supports the ones who eats so, a laghumasik expiation costs him.
विवेचन - दशवैकालिक सूत्र के अध्ययन 3 में 'नियागपिंड' नामक जो अनाचार कहा गया है, उसी का प्रायश्चित्त इस सूत्र में कहा गया है।
नियागपिंड के पर्यायवाची शब्द निम्न प्रकार है
1. नितिय अग्गपिंड, 2. निइय अग्गपिंड, 3. निइयग्ग पिंड, 4. नियाग्गपिंड, 5. नियागपिंड |
Comments-In the third chapter of Dasvaikalik sutra, "Niyagpind" has been said a partial transgression. "Nimantranpind", Nikayapind, Nityagarapind all of these are synonyms to "Niyagpind". The meaning of all these terms is the food that is given through invitation regularly.
