भिक्खू अंगादाणं अण्णयरंसि अचित्तंसि सोयंसि अणुप्पवेसेत्ता सुक्कपोग्गले णिग्घाएइ, णिग्घाएंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
९. जो भिक्षु अंगादान को किसी अचित्त छेद में घुसा कर वीर्य को निकालता है या निकालने वाले का समर्थन करता है (उसे गुरुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है ।)

The ascetic who discharges semen through pouring the penis into any dead hole or supports the one who discharges so, has to expiate for a month duration (Gurumasik).
विवेचन - 'अचित्तंसि सोयंसि' - 'श्रोत' शब्द का अर्थ छिद्र अथवा 'छेद' होता है। इसके अलावा इस शब्द का प्रयोग मार्ग, स्थान के संदर्भ में भी देखने को मिलता है।
यहाँ 'छिद्र' की अपेक्षा 'स्थान' अर्थ लेना उचित है । व्यवहार सूत्र के उद्देशक ६ में इस बारे में दो सूत्र हैं, दोनों में “अचित्तंसि सोयंसि" शब्द है। मैथुन भाव की अनुभूति होने पर गुरु चौमासी प्रायश्चित्त और हस्तमैथुन की प्रवृत्ति करने पर गुरुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त का विधान है। अचित्त स्थान में की गई प्रवृत्ति हस्तकर्म और अचित्त छिद्र में की गई प्रवृत्ति मैथुन कहलाती है, इसलिए अनुभूतिपरक 'अचित्तंसि सोयंसि' से 'अचित्त स्थाऩ' अर्थ ही समझना चाहिए।
Comments—“Achittansi Soyansi ” — Shrot term is used as the meaning of “Chhed”. In the context of path and place the use of this term is found. In comparison to'chhidra' (the hole) the sthan (the place) meaning is more appropriate. There are two ephorism in the sixth chapter of 'Vyavahar Sutra' regarding it, in both the sutras the term "Achinttansi Soyansi" is used. Over the feeling of copulation an expiation of four months (Guru Chaumasi) and over the tendency of masturbation the atonement of one month (Gurumasik) is provided. The action at a organismless place is called masturbation and activity into an organismless hole is called copulation.

१०. जे भिक्खू सचित्त पइट्ठियं गंधं जिंघई जिघंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
१०. जो भिक्षु सचित्त पदार्थ की सुगंध को सूंघता है या सूंघने वाले का समर्थन करता है (उसे गुरुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त का विधान है ।)
10. The ascetic who smells the odour of organic substance or supports the one who smells he should be given a Guru-masik (A month long) expiation.
विवेचन - सूत्र में स्वेच्छा से सचित्त फूल आदि सूंघने का प्रायश्चित्त बताया गया है। आचा. श्रु.२, अ. १५ में, पाँचवें महाव्रत की भावना में गंध में राग-द्वेष की परिणति से मुक्त रहने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
Comments-In the above aphorism the atonement of smelling an organic flower willingly has been mentioned. In the reflection of fifth great vow vide the fifteenth chapter of Acharanga Sutra second part the attachment and aversion indulgement into the smelling is prohibited by the omnicient.
