घर 34. जो भिक्षु नित्यक को वाचना देता है अथवा देने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 35. जो भिक्षु नित्यक से वाचना लेता है अथवा लेने वाले का समर्थन करता है।
The ascetic who gives “Vachana" to a loose character ascetic or supports the ones
who gives so. 27. The ascetic who takes “Vachana” from a loose charater asectic or support the ones
who takes so. 28. The ascetic who gives "Vachana" to an "Avasanna" or supports the ones who
takes so. The ascetic who takes the "Vachana” from an "Avasanna" or supports the ones
who takes so. पर 30. The ascetic who gives “Vachana to “Kushil” and supports the ones who gives so.
31. The ascetic who takes "Vachana from a "Kushil” or supports the ones who does so. 32. The ascetic who gives “Vachana" to Samsakt or supports the ones who gives so. 33. The ascetic who takes "Vachana” from a Samsakt or supports the ones who takes so. 34. The ascetic who gives "Vachana" to a “Nityaka" or supports the ones who gives so.
35. ' The ascetic who takes “Vachana” from a Nityaka or supports the ones who takes so. और इन 35 सूत्रों में वर्णित दोष स्थानों का सेवन करने पर लघुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
Through applying the faults mentioned in above 35 sutras a laghu-chaumasi atonement comes. .
विवेचन-जिस प्रकार मिथ्यात्वी गहस्थ से वाचना लेने-देने में दोषों की सम्भावना पूर्व सूत्र में कही है उसी प्रकार पार्श्वस्थ आदि के साथ भी समझना चाहिए। किन्तु यहाँ मिथ्यात्व के स्थान पर शिथिलाचार का पोषण एवं परे प्ररूपण करने सम्बन्धी दोष समझने चाहिए। पूर्व उद्देशकों में भी इनके साथ वंदन, आहार, शय्या आदि के सम्पर्क
करने सम्बन्धी प्रायश्चित्त कहे हैं। अत: विशेष विवेचन एवं दोषों का वर्णन उद्देशक 4, 10 तथा 13 से जान लेना चाहिए। यदि कभी कोई गीतार्थ मनि पार्श्वस्थ आदि को संयम में उन्नत होने की सम्भावना से वाचना दे तो प्रायश्चित्त नहीं समझना चाहिए।
____Comments-Just as, there are faults in taking and giving “Vachana" to an erroneous B householder the same way should be understood in case of a loose character ascetic.
Here in these sutras the faults should be understood related to nurturing and propounding of weak conduct instead of falsehood. The expiations related to keeping contacts of saluting, sharing food, Shayya with them has been stated. If any learned ascetic observing the possibility of elevating some one in restraint gives "Vachana" to a weak conduct ascetic then there is no expiation in doing so.
