64. The ascetic who intimidates others and supports the ones who frightens others, a guru-chaumasi expiation comes to him.
विस्मितकरण- प्रायश्चित्त

65. जे भिक्खू अप्पाणं विम्हावेइ, विम्हावेंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
66. जे भिक्खू परं विम्हावेइ, विम्हावेंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
65. जो भिक्षु स्वयं को विस्मित करता है अथवा विस्मित करने वाले का समर्थन करता है ।
66. जो भिक्षु दूसरे को विस्मित करता है अथवा विस्मित करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे चौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है। )
65. The ascetic who makes himself astonished or supports the ones who makes others astonished.
66. The ascetic who confuses others or supports the ones who confuses so a GuruChaumasi expiation comes to him.
विवेचन - विद्या, मंत्र, तपोलब्धि, इन्द्रजाल, भूत-भविष्य - वर्तमान सम्बन्धी निमित्त वचन, अंतर्धान, पादलेप और योग (पदार्थों के सम्मिश्रण) आदि के स्वयं विस्मित होना या अन्य को विस्मित करना भिक्षु के लिए योग्य नहीं है।
Comments-To get astonished or to make astonished others through spells, Mantra, Tapolabhdhi, sorcery, forecasting related to Present, past, future, disappearance, Yoga and sub-smearing (with the mixture of materials) is not a decorum for an ascetic.
विपर्यासकरण- प्रायश्चित्त
THE ATONEMENT OF DOING CONTRARY TO THE FACT
67. जे भिक्खु अप्पाणं विप्परियासेइ, विप्परियासंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
68. जे भिक्खु परं विप्परियासेइ, विप्परियासंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
67. जो भिक्षु स्वयं को विपरीत बनाता है अथवा बनाने वाले का समर्थन करता है।
68. जो भिक्षु दूसरे को विपरीत बनाता है अथवा बनाने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है | )
67. The ascetic who makes himself contrary to the facts or supports ones who makes so. 68. The ascetic who makes others contrary and supports the ones who makes so, a Guru-Chaumasi expiation comes to him.
विवेचन - स्वयं की जो भी अवस्था है, यथा - स्त्री, पुरुष, बाल, वृद्ध, जवान, सरोग, निरोग, सुरूप, कुरूप आदि, उनसे विपरीत अवस्था करना, यह स्वविपर्यासकरण है। इसी तरह अन्य की भी जो अवस्था हो उससे विपरीत बनाना यह परविपर्यासकरण है। ऐसा करने से गुरु चातुर्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
