3. By consuming Adhkarma food the soul attributions like perception conduct are damaged.
4. By accepting Adhakarma food the soul bounds its won karma through the R karmas of the householder, who gives the food.
The types of the Adhakarma
1. The food-Adhakarma is of four types-1. Food, 2. water, 3. Khadya (sweets etc.) 4. Swadya (tasty powder etc.)
2. Implements-Adhakarma are of two types-1. Garments, 2. Utensils.
Clothes said are not five and the "Patras” are of three types. In respect of the sub characteristics even other types of Audhika and oupageahika upadhi should be taken into consideration.
3. Bedding-Adhakarma-with regards the main and subsequent division of the Shayya it has been said of seven types.
निमित्तकथन प्रायश्चित्त
THE ATONEMENT OF FORECASTING पर 7. जेभिक्खू पडुप्पण्णं निमित्तं वागेइ, वागरेंतं वा साइज्जइ।
8. जे भिक्खू अणागयं निमित्तं वागरेइ, वागरेंतं वा साइज्जइ। 3 7. जो भिक्षु वर्तमान संबंधी निमित्त का कथन करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 8. जो भिक्षु भविष्य संबंधी निमित्त का कथन करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है।
(उसे गुरुचौमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।) 7. The ascetic who forecasts the causes related to the present time or supports the
ones who does so The ascetic who forecasts the causes about future or supports the one who does so, a Guru-chaumasi expiation comes to him.
विवेचन-लाभ, अलाभ, सुख, दुःख और मरण ये निमित्त के छह प्रकार हैं। इन छह के भूत, भविष्य और वर्तमान ये तीन-तीन भेद हैं।
निमित्त बताने के अनेक हेतु हैं, यथा
1. आहारादि की उपलब्धि के लिए, 2. यशः कीर्ति या प्रतिष्ठा के लिए, 3. किसी के लिहाज से, 4. किसी के हित के लिए या अनुकम्पा के लिए इत्यादि।
निमित्त बताने के अनेक तरीके हैं, यथा
1. हस्तरेखा से, पादरेखा से, मस्तकरेखा से, 2. शरीर के अन्य लक्षणों से, 3. तिथि, वार या राशि से, 4. जन्मतिथि या जन्मकुण्डली से, 5. प्रश्न करने से इत्यादि। वर्तमान निमित्त के उदाहरण
1. मैंने अमुक व्यक्ति को अमुक के पास भेजा है, वहाँ उसे धन की राशि मिल गई या नहीं? वह आ रहा अरे है या नहीं?
