दसवाँ उद्देशक THE TENTH CHAPTER
पर प्राथमिकी INTRODUCTION
इस उद्देशक में भाषा की अगाढ़ता, रूक्षता आदि का विवेचन करते हुए आचार्यादि का घर अविनय करने, अनंतकाय संयुक्त आहार, आधाकर्मी आहार व उपधि ग्रहण करने, निर्ग्रन्थ-निर्ग्रन्थी, घार दीक्षार्थी, गृहस्थ अथवा गृहस्थिनी को बहकाने व उनका अपहरण करने, बाहर से आये झगड़ालु 3 शिष्य या दीक्षार्थी का श्रमण के साथ आहार करने, प्रायश्चित्त के सम्बन्ध में विपरीत प्ररूपणा खरे करने, सूर्योदय या सूर्यास्त की संदिग्ध स्थिति में आहार करने, रात्रि के समय मुख में आए हुए घरे उद्गाल को निगल जाने, ग्लान की विधिपूर्वक सेवा न करने, वर्षावास में विहार करने, निश्चित दिन
पर्युषण न करने, अनिश्चित दिन पर्युषण करने, पर्युषण के दिन चौविहार उपवास न करने, लोच न करने, वर्षावास में वस्त्र ग्रहण करने आदि पर गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त का वर्णन किया गया है।
Commenting the rudeness, harshness of language etc., the atonement of Guruchaumasi regarding disobeying the holy teacher consuming food combined with infinite living beings, accepting the underserved food and instruments, reducing and kidnapping the Monks and Nuns, newly consecrated disciple, householder or householders taking food with the outsider infuriated sage. Propagating adversely regarding atonements consuming food in doubtful Sunrise and Sunset condition. Swallowing the morsel of food held in the mouth at the time of night, not serving the patient in a proper manner travelling during rainy season (Chaturmas), not to observe Paryushana Parva on the scheduled day. Observing the Paryushana Parva on unscheduled day, not to observe fast devoid of all types of food on the day of Paryushana Parva, not tonsuring the head, accepting clothes during rainy season the expiation of Guruchaturmasik has been narrated in this chapter.
