घार 10. जो भिक्षु मांस, मछली आदि खाने के लिए बाहर गए हुए, शुद्ध वंशज मूर्धाभिषिक्त क्षत्रिय राजा
के अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य को ग्रहण करता है अथवा ग्रहण करने वाले का समर्थन करता है।(उसे गुरूचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त अता है।) The ascetic who accepts the food, water, sweets and the tasty items of the king who has gone for the hunting of beasts and for fishing or supports the ones who does so a Guru-chaumasi expiation comes to him.
विवेचन-राईणं णियग्गयाणं तत्थेव असणं-पाणं-खाइम-साइमं उक्करेंति तडियकप्पडियाणं वा तत्थेव भत्तं करेज्ज। यानि मांस, मच्छ आदि खाने के लिए वन या नदी, द्रह-समुद्र आदि स्थलों पर गए हुए राजा के वहाँ पर अशनादि भोजन भी हो सकता है, ऐसा आहर भी ग्रहण करना नहीं कल्पता है।
Comments—“Rainam Niyaggayanam tatthev Asanam-Panam-Khayam-Saiyam Ukkrenti tadvyakappadiyanam Va Tatthev Bhaktam Karejja”.
The food that is prepared for the king who has gone to forest, river side, tunnel, seas etc. sites to eat meat or fish, accepting such kind of food is not permitted to an ascetic. राजा ने जहाँ भोजन किया हो, वहाँ से आहार ग्रहण करने का प्रायश्चित्त THE ATONEMENT OF ACCEPTING FOOD FROM THE SITE FROM WHERE THE KING HAS TAKEN HIS MEAL 11. जे भिक्खू रण्णो खत्तियाणं मुदियाणं मुद्धाभिसित्ताणं अण्णयरं उववूहणीयं समीहियं पेहाए
तीसे परिसाए अणुट्ठियाए, अभिण्णाए अवोच्छिण्णाए जो तमण्णं पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा
साइज्जइ। 11. जो भिक्षु शुद्धवंशज मूर्द्धाभिषिक्त राजा को कहीं पर भोजन दिया जा रहा हो, उसे देखकर उस
राज-परिषद् के उठने के पूर्व, जाने के पूर्व तथा सबके चले जाने के पूर्व वहाँ से आहार ग्रहण करता है अथवा ग्रहण करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे गुरूचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।) The ascetic who accepts the food where from it is being offered to the Royal Murdhabhishikt a warrior king, well before his departure from that assembly and before disbursing the congregation assembled there or supports the ones who accepts so, a guru-chaumasi atonement comes to him.
विवेचन-किसी व्यक्ति ने अल्पाहार या पूर्णाहार का आयोजन किया हो और उसमें राजा को भी निमंत्रित किया हो, वहाँ जब तक राजा व उसके साथ चलने वाले भोजन करते हों तब तक भिक्षार्थ नहीं जाना चाहिए। उनके घर चले जाने के बाद वह आहार ग्रहण करना निषिद्ध नहीं है। उसके पूर्वग्रहण करना और जाना आपत्तिजनक है। अत:
देखने में या जानने में आ जाए कि यहाँ राजा निमंत्रित किए गए हैं अर्थात् वहाँ भोजन कर रहे हैं तो उस समय घर में जाए या आहार ग्रहण करे, उसे गुरूचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
Comments - If any citizen has made arrangements for feast and the King, too, has been invited, the ascetic should not go there to seek the food till the king and his retinue are taking food. After their departure accepting such a food is not prohibited. If it comes into his knowledge that the king is invited in this house, even then, he goes and accepts food a Guru-Chaumasi expiatioin comes to him. नवम उद्देशक
