Comments-The meaning of “Dravya Kritsan" is undivided and Bhava kritsan घर means 'living'. There is law of atonement in it so Bhava kritsan (living) meaning is appropriate.

आज्ञा लिए बिना विगय खाने का प्रायश्चित्त THE ATONEMENT OF EATING 'VIGAYA' (HEALTHY FOOD) WITHOUT PERMISSION 32. जेभिक्खू आयरिय-उवज्झाएहिं अविदिण्णं अण्णयरं विगइं आहारेइ, आहारेंतं वा साइज्जइ। 32. जो भिक्षु आचार्य या उपाध्याय की विशेष आज्ञा के बिना किसी भी विगय का आहार करता है
अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे लघुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।) The ascetic who accepts vigaya without the permission of the religious teacher (upadhaya ) or the holy perceptor (Acharya), or supports the ones who does so, a laghu-masik atonement comes to him.
विवेचन-सामान्य विधान के अनुसार साधु विगयरहित आहार ही ले सकता है। विशेष कारण से विगययुक्त आहार लेना आवश्यक हो तो आचार्य या उपाध्याय की आज्ञा प्राप्त किए बिना विगय नहीं ले सकता है। वे भी आवश्यकता का औचित्य समझकर और परिमाण का निर्णय करके विगय सेवन की आज्ञा देते हैं।
अण्णयरं विगइं-पाँच विगय में से कोई भी विगय। यह पाँच विगय आचार्य या उपाध्याय की आज्ञा से ग्रहण कर सकता है।
पाँच विगय इस प्रकार हैं-1. दूध, 2. दही, 3. घृत, 4. तैल, और 5. गुड़-शक्कर।
Comments—According to the ascetic conduct the ascetic can take food devoid of Vigaya, If in a particular situation he has to take the Vigaya it should not be taken without the permission of perceptor.
Annayaram Vigayaim-Any Vigaya out of five Vigaya. These five unacceptable. things can be accepted with the permission of Acharya or Upaadhyaaya.
The names of the five Vigaya are as follows-milk, curd, butter, oil, jaggery.
