निम्नोक्त कार्य करने वाला साधु-साध्वी
लघुमासिक प्रायश्चित्त का अधिकारी होता है 1. साधु द्वारा नगरसेठ अथवा मंत्री को मंत्र-तंत्रों द्वारा अपने वश में करने से दोष लगता है।
- उ. 4, सू. 17 2. साधु द्वारा सचित्त धान्य अथवा बीजयुक्त आहार का सेवन करने पर 'कृत्स्न धान्य' खाने का दोष लगता है।
-उ.4,सू. 315 3. साधु द्वारा साध्वियों के उपाश्रय में अविधिपूर्वक प्रवेश करने पर दोष लगता है। जैसे दरवाजा बन्द
होने पर साधु द्वारा खिड़की से चुपचाप उपाश्रय में प्रवेश करना अविधि कहलाता है। - उ. 4, सू. 34 4. साधुओं द्वारा आपस में बातें करते हुए कुतूहलवृत्ति सहित अमर्यादापूर्वक जोर-जोर से ठहाका लगाते हुए हँसना हास्य' दोष है।
-उ. 4, सू. 38 5. एक साधु द्वारा अपने शिष्य को आचार-पालन से रहित शिथिलाचार रूप असंयमी जीवन जीने वाले 'पार्श्वस्थ' साधु की सेवा में भेजने पर पार्श्वस्थ आदि को संघाटक आदान-प्रदान' का दोष लगता
-उ.4,सू.39 6. साधु द्वारा प्रतिलेखना किए बिना ऊँचे स्थान से उच्चार-प्रस्रवण-लघुनीति अथवा बड़ी नीति आदि को परठना 'परिष्ठापना समिति' का दोष है।

A Sadhu or Sadhvi who engages himself/herself in any one of the following activities is liable for Laghumasik atonement. 1. A sadhu commits as fault if he tries to control the elite or a minister with his tantric spells.
-Udd.4, Su. 17 In case a sadhu consumes a live gram or food containing live seed, he commits the fault of having Kritsan food stuff.
-Udd.4, Su.31 A sadhu commits the fault if he enters the Upashraya (place of stay) of nuns (Sadhvis) in an improper manner.

-Udd.4, Su.38 A sadhu sends his disciple in the service of a delinquent monk who is leading an unrestrained life then he commits the fault of dealing with Sanghatak.
-Udd. 4, Su.39 A monk discards, excreta or urine from a higher place downwards, he then commits the fault in procedure of discarding.
