Thus the Sandhi can be broadly understood in 2 parts : (i) K. I. -K. 5. पंचिंदियसंजमु; (ii) K.6. - K. 16 पाणिसु संजमु i.e. जीवदया. The section is very wide in the sense that it takes up the ancilliary topics like मिथ्यात्व, सम्यक्त्व, अष्टप्रकृतिs, कषायs, and प्रमादs etc. winding up with जीवदया.
The analysis is necessary to understand the wide and technical sweep of the Sandhi. [K. I.]
6. भोयसमुद्धरह =sk. भोगैः उच्चानाम् ; उद्धर or उदुर =D. उच्च (पाइयलच्छिनाममाला); उद्धर is also found in भविसत्तकहा.
7-11. Examples of the destruction due to the attachment to the objects of senses.
