119 A stone which is dark or honey-coloured in appearance, with two circles on its reverse side, is called Sudarshan. Worshipping this grants happiness and love. Its benefits are more bountiful than those from other statues. (48).
ह्यग्रीव
अश्वाकृतिस्तथा मुद्रा साक्षमाला सपुस्तका। पद्मांकिता भवेन्मुद्रा हयग्रीवेति विश्रुता ॥४९॥ 'जय-पूजा-शुभासक्तो नरः पापात् प्रमुच्यते। अक्षया च भवेत्तस्य लक्ष्मीरैश्वर्यमुत्तमम् ॥५०॥
जिस शिला में घोड़े की आकृति, अक्षमाला, पुस्तक और पद्म चिह्न वाली मुद्रा दीखे तो वह हयग्रीव शिला है, उसका जप-पूजन शुभ ध्यान से करने वाला पुरुष पापों से मुक्त होता है और उसके घर में अक्षय लक्ष्मी होती है तथा उत्तम ऐश्वर्य होता है।
. A stone bearing the forms of a horse, rosary, book and lotus is known as Hayagreeva (49). Worshipping it with a pure heart will absolve the sins of the devotee. The worshipper's home will be filled with prosperity and wealth and he will enjoy fame and plenty. (50).
मत्स्य
मत्स्यांकितास्तु या चक्रा आयुर्दाः पुष्टिदा नृणाम् । सदा पूज्या गृहस्थेन सन्निधानेऽत्र केशवः ॥५१ ॥
जो शिला मछली के चिह्न वाली हो, अच्छे चक्रों वाली हो वह मनुष्यों को आयुष्य और पुष्टि देने वाली है। जो गृहस्थ उसकी पूजा करे उसके समीप केशव रहता है।
A stone bearing the auspicious marks of a matsya (fish) and circles on it will grant long-life and fulfillment to humans. Householders who worship such a stone will always find Keshav (Vishnu) besides them. (51). 1. . मु. जयदुस्वशुभासक्तो ।
