शीघ्र ही, सुभद्रा आदि प्रमुख देवियों-रानियों के लिये उनमें प्रत्येक के अलग-अलग यात्राभिमुख-गमन करने को उद्यत, जुते हुए यानों-गाड़ी, रथ आदि को बाहरी सभा भवन में उपस्थित करो, जुतवा कर तैयार कर हाजिर करो। हाजिर कर, फिर मुझे आज्ञा पालन हो जाने की सूचना दो।"
Then the Army Officer sent for the keeper of the royal vehicles and said unto him as follows—“Oh beloved of the gods ! Please present at the exterior court suitable vehicle one for each lady of the king's barem, Subhadra and others, yoked with animals ready to start. Having done so, please report to me."
तए णं से जाणसालिए बलवाउअस्स एअमट्ठ आणाए विणएणं वयणं पडिसुणेइ । पडिसुणित्ता जेणेव जाणसाला तेणेव उवागच्छइ।
तदनन्तर यान-शालिक ने सेनानायक का आदेश-वचन विनयपूर्वक सुना। सुनकर जहाँ यानशाला थी, वहाँ आया। ,

तेणेव उवागच्छित्ता जाणाई पच्चुवेक्खेइ। पच्चुवेक्खित्ता जाणाई संपमज्जेइ। संपमज्जेत्ता जाणाई संवट्टेइ । जाणाई संवत्ता जाणाई णीणेइ। जाणाई णीणेत्ता जाणाई दूसे पवीणेइ । पवीणेत्ता जाणाई समलंकरेइ। समलंकरेत्ता जाणाई वरभंडकमंडियाइं करेति ।
