P.), 11th century A. D. 48. Sumālini, yakși of Candraprabha (Sth), standing, lion vehicle, 4-armed, carries sword, abhaya-mudrā, shield and thigh-posture, Temple No. 12, Deogarh (Lalitpur, U. P.), 862 A. D. 49. Sarvānubhūti (or Kubera), yakşa of Neminātha (22nd), seated in lalitäsana, 2-armed, holds fruit and purse (made of mongoose-skin), Deogarh (Lalitpur, U.P.), 10th century A. D. 50. Ambikā, yakși of Neminātha (22rd), seated in lalita-pose, lion vāhana, 2-armed, bears abhaya-mudrā and a child, Provenance not known, ninth century A. D., Archaeological Museum, Mathura (D7). The figures of Jina, Gaņeśa, Kubera, Balarāma, Krsna Väsudeva, aşta-mātskās and second son are also rendered. 51. Ambikā, yakşi of Neminātha (22nd), standing, lion as conveyance, 2-armed, holds a bunch of mangoes and a child (clasping in the lap), nearby second son, Temple No. 12, Deogarh (Lalitpur, U. P.), 10th century A. D. 52. Ambikā, yakși of Neminātha (22nd), seated in lalita-mudrā, lion vehicle, 2-armed, one surviving hand supports a child seated in lap, Ellora (Aurangabad, Maharashtra), ca 10th centu y A. D. 53. Ambikā, yakși of Neminātha (22nd), standing, lion vehicle, 4-armed, all the hands being damaged, two sons on two sides, tiny figures of Jinas (nude) and 23 yakşīs in parikara, Patiāndai Temple, Satna (M.P.), 11th century A. D., Allahabad Museum (293). The 23 yakși figures of the parikara are 4-armed and their respective names are inscribed under their figures. However, the names of the yaksis in some cases are not in conformity with the lists available in Digambara texts, The image is unique in the sense that all the 24 yaksis of Jaina pantheon have been carved at one place, 54. Ambikā, yakși of Neminātha (22nd), seated in lalitāsana, lion mount, 4-armed, holds bunches of mangoes in three hands while with one she supports a child (clasped in the lap), second son standing nearby and branch of mango tree overhead, Vimala Vasahi, ābū (Sirohi, Rajasthan), 12th century A.
