even the simple word मातृ is changed to माइ and माउ, (1)
because Trivikrama gives the form माईण, and ( 2 ) because Hemachandra also sanctions the occasional use of the same form owing to the influence of the अधिकार Sūtra बहुलम्. The forms of वण and सव्व are given at the end.
The forms of दहि ( दधि ) and महु ( मधु ) are given at the end. The forms of are given at the end.
In making up the forms of किम्, the Sūtras from २ । २ । ६२ ॥ to २ । २ । ६५ ।। explained on pp. 26 and 27 of the text must be remembered. Their purport is very briefly as under:In the case of pronouns ending in अ, Nom. Flu. Ter. is ए, Loc. Sing. Ter. e, f, fin, and f (the last does not apply to इदम् and एतद् , and applies to किम्, यद, and तद् even in the Fem. ), and Gen. Plu. Ter. is optionally एसिं.
The Sūtras from २ । २ । ६६ ।। to २ । २ । ७३ || apply to किम्, यद्, and तद् Their purport is as under:
२ । २ । ६६ ।। (p. 117 ) - After किम्, and तद्, आम् is optionally and the preceding vowel lengthened.

This Sutra is taken to apply through the force of 'बहुलम् ' to the Fem. forms also. Trivikrama remarks:-' - 'बहुलाधि
कारात् किंयतद्भ्यः स्त्रियामपि ।'
e. g. कास ( कस्या : ) । जास ( यस्या: ) । तास ( तस्याः ) - पक्षे-काए -
जाए-ताए.
२ । २ । ६८ ।। (p. 131 ) - This applies to the Fem. forms of tha optional bases की, जी, ती.
In their case ङस् is optionally changed to से and स्सा.

२ । २ । ६९ ।। (p.118 ) - After किम्, यद्, and तद्, fe is optionally changed to इआ, डाहे, and डाला in the sense of time.
