He speaks with reverence of his great Acarya : शब्द-प्रमाण-साहित्य-छन्दो-लक्ष्मविधायिनाम् / / श्रीहेमचन्द्रपादानां प्रसादाय नमो नमः // 21. He calls himself 'Vidyatrayicanam' in his prologue to Raghuvilasa, and 'Traividyavedin' in the introductory portion of the Natya-darpana-vivarana. The three Vidyas', meant by Ramacandra are : शब्दलक्ष्म-प्रमालक्ष्म-काव्यलक्ष्म-कृतश्रमः / वाग्विलासस्त्रिमार्गो नौ प्रवाह इव जाहुजः // 22. He calls himself 'Acumbita-kavya-tandram' (prologue to Raghuvilasa) and 'Visirna kavya-nirmana-tandra' (Prologue to Kaumudimitrananda.)
