सोऽस्त्येषामिति तन्तुजालावलम्बाः। 'ओऽभ्रादिभ्यः' इति मत्वर्थीयोऽत्यः । सुरतजनिताम् - caused by sexual onjoyment.
Stanza 91- निशीथे - at midnight. त्वत्संरोधापगमविशदैः -- bright owing to the removal of the obstruction caused by you. त्वत्सरोधः त्वया कृतः प्रतिबंधः । तस्य अपगमः दूगेत्सरणं । तेन विशदाः दीप्तिमन्तः निर्मलाः शुभाः वा। तैः। एकाकिन्यः - having no company; मदनविवशाः - pining with love. नीलवासोऽवगुण्ठाः - wearing blue or black garments. नीलं च तद्वासश्च नीलवासः । तदेव अवगुण्ठः शरीरावगुण्ठनसाधनं यासा ताः नीलवासोऽवगुण्ठाः । The ladies of the city of Alaka, wishing to go stealthily to the abodes of their lovers, wear blue or black garments to conceal their movements in the dark nights. atal 29t: - wearing ornaments. प्राप्ताः लब्धाः परिहिताः आकल्पाः आभरणानि याभिः । ar: 'आकल्पवेशौ नेपथ्यम्' इत्यमरः.' उत्पथेभ्यः - (giving up) bad paths (like lanes). विपणीः - bazar roads. 'विपणिस्तु स्त्रियां पण्यवीथ्यामापणपण्ययोः' इति विश्वलोचने. The love-lorn ladies of the city of Alaka, stealing out of their rooms to go to the abodes of their lovers, give up going stealthily by lanes and begin to move on the bazar road to dispel doubts of other citizens about their misconduct.
Stanza-92-उपवरे - in secret. 'उपवरं समीपे स्याद्रहोमात्रेऽ. प्युपवरम्' इति विश्वलोचने । पाद्यम् - water for washing feet. 'पाद्यं पादाय वारिणि' इत्यमरः। 'पाद्यं पयसि निन्ये च' इति विश्वलोचने। इन्दुपादाभिवर्षात् - owing to the downpour of rays of the moon. इन्दोश्चन्द्रमसः पादाः रश्मयः इन्दुपादाः। तेषामभिवर्षः वर्षणम् । तस्मात् । 'पादोऽस्त्री चरणे मूले तुरीयांशेऽपि दीधितौ' इति 'वर्षमस्त्री वर्षणेऽन्दे. जम्बूद्वीपे घने पुमान्' इति च विश्वलोचने। स्फुटजललवस्यन्दिनः - eruding pure drops of water. स्फुटाः निर्मलाश्च ते जललवाः उदबिन्दवश्च स्फुटजललवाः। तान् स्यन्दन्ते सावयन्ति इति स्फुटजललवस्यन्दिनः। स्यन्द् - to pour forth. निष्कुटानां - of the pleasure-gardens near the mansions. 'निष्कुटस्तु गृहोद्याने स्यात्केदारकपाटयोः' इति विश्वलोचने । धौतोपान्ताः - washing off the regions in the immediate proximity. धौताः प्रक्षालिताः उपान्ताः समीपप्रदेशाः यैः ते।
