र्थांच ' ( जै. २ २ | १६६ ) governs the Genitive case under the rule ' क्तस्याधारसतोः '. Read the following - क्तयोगे कर्तरि ता प्राप्ता 1 न झित - ' इत्यादिना प्रतिषिद्धा भवतीत्यनेन पुनर्विधीयते । चकारोऽनुक्तसमुच्चयार्थः । भृतितरम् - to the utmost capacity. भृतिः भरणम् । 'स्त्रियां क्तिः' इति भावेऽकर्तरि स्त्रियां क्तिः । प्रकृष्टा भृतिः भरणं यथा स्यात्तथा । चर्मपूरं प्रपूर्णः filled up like a leathern bag meant for holding water, Here, the termination is affixed to the root on account of its being preceded by its object and follwed by the same root under the rule ' कर्मणि चेत्रे ', चर्मेव प्रपूर्णः सम्भृतः चर्मपूरं प्रपूर्ण: । The rule ' चर्मोदरे पूरेः is not applicable here, though the root is preceded by its object, as it is followed by the same root पूर् अनुपादम् - on a hill at the foot of the mountain (i. e. Himavat). This is an Adverbial compound formed under the rule 'झि: सुब्- ' अनुपादं प्रत्यन्तपर्वते । ' पादोऽस्त्री चरणे मूले तुरीयांशेऽपि दीधितो । शैलप्रत्यन्तशैले ना' इति विश्वलोचने. नाभिगन्धैः - by the fragrance of the musk of the musk-deer नाभेः कस्तूरिकायाः गन्धाः नाभिगन्धाः । तैः । नाभिः प्रधाने कस्तूर्थी मदे च क्वचिदारिता ' इति विश्वः । सुरभितशिलम् - the rocks of which are perfumed. सुरभिताः सुरभीकृताः सञ्जातसुरभयो वा शिलाः प्रस्तराः यस्य तत् । Here, the termination णिच् is affixed to the word सुरभि under the rule ' मृदो ध्वर्थे णिज्बहुलम् | This word may be explained as सञ्जातः सुरभिः यासां ताः सुरभिताः । Here, the termination : is affixed to the word f under the rule < तदस्य सञ्जातं तारकादिभ्यः इतः '.

Stanza 58 - घनपथोल्लङ्घ्रिकूटम् - having peaks rising above in the sky. घनानां पन्थाः घनपथः । तमुल्लङ्घयतीति घनपथोल्लङ्घि । तत् कूटं शिखरं यस्य सः । तमू । 'द्यौराकाशमन्तरिक्षं मेघवायुपथोऽपि वा ' इति धनञ्जयः । उपान्तयन्तम् - calling near उपान्ते समीपे आह्वयतीति उपान्तयति । उपान्तयतीति उपान्तयन् । तम् । The termination णिच् is affixed to the word उपान्त under the rule ' मृदो ध्वर्थे णिज् बहुलम्' and then the termination शतृ. विधुरुचः - moon-white, moonshiny. विधोश्चन्द्रमसः रुगिव रुग्यस्याः पार्श्वभ्युदये ३४
