Introduction
Beginning : ॐ नमः सर्वज्ञाय । सवः पातु जिनः कृत्स्नमीक्षते......etc.7 • End : आचस्कन्द परमां वृद्धिमानन्द इति ॥॥ .
गोत्रावाप्तप्रतिष्ठेऽस्मिन् सुशाखे पर्व शालनि । श्रीमालय शेऽभूल्लक्ष्मणो नरमौक्तिकम् ॥१॥ मुद्रिकेवाभवत्तस्य निर्मलाशयशालिनी सुवर्ण वृत्तभावाद्या वलम्भा वल्लभालली ।।२।। समजनि शतविसललालिगजसहडधवलवीरनामानः अथ यस्य पंचनन्द नवराः क्रमात्सुरतरुश्रीकाः ॥३॥ श्रीचक्रेश्वरगणधरपदमूले संघवसतिकायां यः । गृहिधर्म सकुटुम्बोऽग्रहीद् वसन्पटलापडे ॥४॥ तत्पुत्रो धवलः श्रेष्ठी यशोधवलपुत्रिकाम् । ऋविमणी समुपाय स्त लक्ष्मीकुझीसमुदभवाम् ।।५।। अह द्वचःसरोहसी ऋक्मिणी गुरुदेशनाम् । श्रुत्वा संजातसंवेगा सतीसीम तमण्डनम् ।।६।। निजतनयौ विनयपरावथ त्रिभुवनपालठक्कुिरो पृष्ट्वा । जगृहे पुस्तकमात्मश्रेयोऽर्थ तिलकम जाँः ।।७।। अथ तिलकम जरीमिमां शिष्यश्रवणावत सतां नेतुम् । श्रीसुमतिसि हगणधरसुगुरुणामयामास ॥८॥ सूर्याचन्द्रमसावेतौ व्योमश्रीकण कुण्डले । यावद्विस्फुरतस्तावन्नन्दतादेष पुस्तकः ।।९।। सवंत १२५५ वर्षे मेदवाटयां ऋक्मिणीश्राविकया तिलकम जरीपुस्तक श्रीसुमतिसिहसूरीणामर्पितम् ॥छ।। ।।१०।।
The last page is wholly repeated on the same type of palm-leaf and is given the same number and the following verse is added to it in a slightly different hand-writing:

His preceptor was Jinapatisūri, at whose hands he is said to have obtained initiation in V. Sam. 1260 on the sixth day of the bright half of the month of Agadha. of. JRS, p. 137. But the last verse of the colophone, which mentions him as "Sumatisimhasürl," raises a doubt about this
identity, as he could not have been a "Sūri" already in V. Sam. 1255 before he was initiated in - the year v. Sam. 1260 !
